Very happy with the service, delivery and followup!

I placed this order on 11/07/14, a week later 11/14/14 when I requested a tracking number the email informed me that the order had not been shipped and when it was shipped the tracking number would be available. I replied with a request to cancel the order because this delay was unacceptable. Today I received a "HOORAY" email saying the order had arrived. NO THANKS P.S. the order did not arrive today!!!!!!!!!!!

My first experience with FinditParts was great! I needed a heater motor for an old wheel loader. The dealer told me it was no longer available. I checked with some local vendors that were unable to find anything. I decided to look online and "FinditParts" came up showing the part was available. I called FinditParts, ordered the part and received it promptly! FinditParts is now on my "Favorites" list and will be the first place I check for future parts!

I received a phone call shortly after completing my online order to say that only two of the six switches I ordered were available and what did I wish to do with my order, I've had items back ordered (I think we all have) but this is the first time I've been phoned to ask how I wanted the order to proceed. I bought two small led lights nothing special all at large. $10 in shipping and it took three days before they shipped. Just a little disappointed.

Would recommend to contact them if you are not happy with the service I am sure they will try and sort it out for you like they did for me.

If you advertise over night shipping, it should be there the next day.

FindItParts had the best price on some trailer parts I needed. Shipped fast and had no issues. Called the day after it was delivered to make sure everything was OK. I don't get that very often.
