I was on vaction when the mirror was deliverd, but my customer was very pleased. Package was neat and part was in excellent condition.

My order came as promised but when ordering a taillight, there needs to be an option for R or Left unless it is able to be turned over and used for either side. There was no option to choose when I ordered and , of course, it was the wrong one. I was able to modify the install and turn it upside down but it is not exactly the way it is supposed to be. Not worth the shipping cost to return it.

I paid expedited shipment to get my part before the holidays. The guy forgot to put it in the mail and had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a part that should have arrived in 2-3 business days. I was told that someone sent me an email to let me know that the shipment rate was miscalculated by the system based on the dimensions of the part's box. I never received that email and they failed to prove that it was sent to me.

It took way to long to get filter and they were taken out of original cardboard and that had to be reassembled.

I wanted to order a tool to determine if A/C current was available and I wanted it to have a light which would illuminate if the current was live. What I received will only test for 12 volts. Thus the purchase is useless to me.

I already sent you a review on the outstanding treatment I encountered by purchasing a mirror from you. I could not be more pleased with the service and attitude of all the personnel I came in contact with. Everyone was knowledgeable of my needs and done the their best to get me my order in quick time. I was having a hard time locating specific bolts for my car. Once I found the OEM part number, I did an online search, came across FinditParts who had it in stock AND at a good price.
