The courses are fine. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, however. Having been at the sharp end of an administration error we were still told we had to pay a £175 late registration fee for our daughter's exam entry. Such a shame they couldn't just admit they were at fault and had sent a misleading email and been classy about it as a business,

I did the Level 3 Diploma in CBT and I highly recommend it. The subject matter is so interesting and although very technical it is delivered in a manageable way. I loved the exercises that included leaflet creation as it was a break from swotting but a clever way to embed knowledge. My tutor was very knowledgeable and happy to help. Assignments were marked quickly which is important for feedback before moving on to the next unit. I got incredible feedback which has given my confidence a boost. Thank you Oxbridge! I had some personal issues during the course and the staff were so supportive of me.

waste of money, Course material fine but when it came to booking my exam that i paid extra for, I tried multiple times to book this feature but was unable to. It is too much money to waste, just go to night classes.
