Terrible Customer Service I signed up for a course and due to my disability have had massive health issues since then and haven’t been able to complete any of the course. They have a 14 day refund policy - They have no policies for extenuating circumstances. I have reason to believe they may be in violation of the Consumer Rights Act. Their policies are discriminatory for disabled people and others who may go through extenuating circumstances and are then not able to complete their courses. Furthermore, their courses are no more than PDF presentations which I could’ve found on google for free. It’s written badly and full of typos, not worth the £300 I’m now roped into spending. Their customer services are absolute rubbish and won’t help you at all, and in fact will take weeks upon weeks to reply, and if they do reply you’re met with no solution whatsoever. They just want your money, and offer little to no help when you actually have issues. Don’t spend your money here as you’ll be left with disappointment and frustration.

when i was having difficulty enrolling Laiba helped me through the whole process. Staying on the phone incase i had any questions while filling in forms etc. Only took about 15 minutes to get my problem sorted out (including holding time and filling in all the forms). Thank you so much for your help, i look forward to starting my course!

Oxbridge is so simple to enrol with. They are friendly and helpful when setting up payment . would highly recommend them. Also the tutors and accessors go above and beyond to ensure you complete the course. 5 stars all the way

If you have an ounce of common sense you'll post a review a few months into your chosen course, and NOT a ridiculous review about James & the enrolment process, that tells me nothing!!! The sales and marketing team here are incredibly over-zealous. I made a brief enquiry about one of the courses. Since then I've been bombarded with texts, emails etc... trying to get me to sign up. I do wonder if I'll receive this level of commitment/enthusiasm upon enrolment. Something tells me I won't. Please Oxbridge stop asking students to post reviews of the sales team. They have nothing whatsoever to do with the actual course or the tutors!!

I had a query about one of the Oxbridge Home Learning course requirements. The online support assistant, Kelly, quickly clarified the information, reassured me that I did not need to worry, and explained things in more detail. I was also given helpful information about the requirements for future (next-level) courses I may wish to pursue.

After receiving a diagnosis of neurological disability, I decided to return to education to study again, thinking that I would be able to finally access the additional help and accommodations I needed growing up. When looking for A level course suppliers, Oxbridge Home Learning were very keen and attentive before I had taken out a loan to purchase their courses. They assured me that I would get extra tutor support as and when I needed it, including being able to arrange calls with said tutors. This is the main reason I decided to go with Oxbridge, as I knew I'd appreciate the support due to my disability. When I bought my courses and started studying, a tutor which I had assigned to me for two out of three of my subjects left the company, so my emails were being sent to an empty inbox. I was not told of her departure until I explicitly asked another staff member about why I wasn't receiving the support. My other tutor was and continues to be extremely short and dismissive in reply to my emails. He was assigned to me as my personal tutor for philosophy, but when I emailed him asking about something in the syllabus he told me he was not my philosophy tutor, but my general tutor. I never received any useful help relating to the curriculum, so had to spend additional money on a private tutor. I expressed to those who hounded me on the sales team, before my purchase, that I required additional support due to my disability. I have yet to receive any help. Recently, I was given a new tutor to replace the woman who left early on in my studies. I asked him for advice on how to improve my grades within his subjects, and for essay structure advice. He told me: 'Longer essay answers should be about 800-1000 words approx. ideally.' and that was it. I have repeatedly tried to file a formal complaint, and have even compiled a document detailing my experience with the service, but have never heard back. As I haven't heard back, I have been getting on with my studies as I don't want to compromise my learning on account of this poor service. However, I continually encounter disappointment, spelling and formatting errors in their material, and a lack of support for my disability. I am leaving this review, in part to warn others, but mainly to communicate my dissatisfaction to a staff member, so that I can actually have a conversation with the business in order to get a refund (in full or in part), or any accommodations and support that I need. I feel let down in my original educational experience due to a lack of accommodations, and I feel let down again with Oxbridge Home Learning and their poor support of disabled students.

This is a massive waste of my money! The economic course is so expensive for what it is. It is a load of PDFs that are not interactive and give no encouragement on how to learn from them apart from writing and making useless notes. To start off, I got given a tutor that when I emailed with questions didn’t answer for a good few weeks, I then rang up to see why they weren’t replying and they said she had left and didn’t think to email and tell me. I then got given the most useless tutor that didn’t answer any of my questions. I the rang and complained and they gave me a new tutor. Again. This one seemed like he would help more but proved not to. The course materials have so many spelling errors that I have pointed out to them and they are now ‘getting back to me’ on issuing a refund. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and heard nothing. The assignments are so hard and often aren’t relevant to the topic just learned. This is so frustrating as if being a student wasn’t hard enough without the course being so bad. You are better off buying a textbook or watching tutor2u videos on youtube for free as they teach you more than this course. The tutors never get back to you with any useful information to answer the question and the assignments are hardly marked. Given an overall mark and percentage (which was once wrong % for the mark) and one sentence feedback. Not enough. Edit: Further to this, they have asked for more information which I have given them and done nothing about it and still not replied to my complaint to them. Terrible customer service.

From the day l knocked at the doors of OXBRIDGE, l never had a problem, be it registration or tutor consultations. Kelly you were very helpful. Assessors Barbra Taylor, Jackie Bedingham, Sandie Bowden on every unit you marked and the comments that came made me realise my potential and the will to press on. To the administration and accounts l would not have reached this far if you were not there to guide me. My journey as a college student was made possible with your support. Keep up the good work.

Had a conversation with James concerning details of Oxbridge A level courses (I'm considering in enrolling on the Computer science or Further Maths courses). James was very informative, prompt to answer and gave me some excellent links to help me explore my questions in greater detail. Very impressed with the customer service skills.
