United Kingdom | 02 February 2025I'm considering enrolling on the A Level art course, but as it is the weekend I have not been able to speak to an advisor yet. In the meantime, I've come to read the reviews and it is incredibly frustrating that so many of them are just of how good "James" is (or other named advisors) giving advice pre-enrollment! I don't care how good the initial 'sales' process is! I care about what happens after that and the quality of the course materials along with the standard and availability of tutors. It seems very likely that enquirers are being 'pushed' to leave positive reviews prior to having any experience of studying on the actual courses. This will boost the Trust Pilot score but makes finding reviews about the quality of courses and quality of tuition is like looking for a needle in a haystack! So, this is a question for Oxbridge, why not ask people to leave reviews after they have been studying for a least a few months?

United Kingdom | 31 January 2025My experience with Oxbridge has been decent, they provided me most of what I expected, i.e. predicted grades, marked assignments and A-level exams. I completed my A-Levels in one year and managed to secure high grades. However, I wouldn't have been able to attain these high grades if I strictly followed the course materials provided by Oxbridge, which were of poor quality (e.g. multiple broken links, spelling & grammar errors, incorrect & unclear information etc.) All course materials produced by Oxbridge are in PDF files and there was a lack of original content in video format. Therefore, if you are considering using Oxbridge for A-levels, make sure to learn and revise from an approved textbook for your exam specification if you want to achieve high grades. The content provided by Oxbridge gives you a limited understanding of key theories/concepts, whereas specification textbooks provide you EVERYTHING you need to know for your exams. Also, do all the past papers for your A-level specification, this will aid your learning greatly. I'd recommend using Oxbridge for predicted grades and exams. Good luck.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2025My tutor Cadia has been so amazing. She has always helped with any of my questions and responded sooner than expected. I was super unorganised leading up to the UCAS application deadline, however she was really helpful and got my assignments marked for a grade prediction on the same day, even though it was expected to be within 2 weeks. She has also always answered any maths questions in depth so that I fully understand.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025Scammed me out of a lot of money. I paid lots of money to do 3 A Levels over 2 years with practical endorsements. They booked me in to do my A levels in the first year, I immediately told them this was wrong and that I was doing the exams next year. They said it was non-refundable and that I already signed papers for it. If I wanted to do my exams the next year, I would have to pay the fee again. When I asked to see the evidence, they showed me a screenshot of me booking my PRACTICAL exams for that year. They were trying to trick me. I pointed this out to them. Then they switched up, caught in their lies, saying how they always assume that students take the A levels in the first year, which is ridiculous. They are still refusing to refund the money or book my written exams for the next year if I don’t pay more. I have switched to UpLearn. Their content is much better and faster! Noteworthy detail: At the practical endorsements, I met a couple of other people who booked their exams via Oxbridge Homelearning and they had similar experiences with bad notice, incorrect bookings of practical endorsements and crazy extra fees just to book via them.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025I contacted Oxbridge via the chat box. James was really helpful when I wasn't sure which course was the most suitable. He made it straightforward and a positive experience. Thanks James!

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025James was very helpful when I bombarded him with questions about the A' Level computer science. He was able to answer everything that I asked so I feel more confident in going ahead to enrol on the course.

Hong Kong | 24 January 2025Oxbridge is a highly recommended online learning platform for IGCSE. Regardless of the limited knowledge and scope-bounded curricula in IGCSE, this platform embeds further explanations to those learning topics and therefore arouses my interest to learn. The learning contents here are more consistently and wisely organised for my better understanding. I clearly find that those units and chapters are edited by professionals who have concerned about the weakness of traditional approach. In the past two years, I used the Oxbridge solely in preparing my IGCSE exams and got Grade 8 for Biology (my first attempted paper) and Grade 9 for Chemistry, Physics and English Language. It is the last but not least, the responsive and helpful support team is absolutely essential to my all success and achievements.

United States | 23 January 2025I recently completed my Level 3 Life Coaching Course through Oxbridge, and I only have wonderful things to say about the institution, the course and the tutors. The course was well put together and covered each topic in great detail. The additional reading suggestions were a great resource and the course material was engaging and really interesting. Nothing was overly complicated and I really liked that there was an interactive E-learning package as well as a downloadable PDF for each section. The content was presented really well and was easy to get through. It wasn't just a whole lot of text on a page which I was pleased to see as that can be very off-putting. My tutor, Kelly Pearson, was incredibly supportive and responded to my emails promptly and with useful information. She was professional, engaging and always positive. A real cheer leader and an asset to the team I'm sure! Assignment submission was a breeze and the marking process was very thorough. I appreciated that my assignments were annotated with comments throughout, showing that my work was read properly and not just glanced over. The feedback files were also very useful. I thoroughly enjoyed my Oxbridge experience and would 100% recommend this course to anyone who is considering taking the next steps toward becoming a life coach. Thank you team Oxbridge!

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025My daughter has been studying with Oxbridge for a couple of years now. They have been so helpful and supportive. The tutors are available all the time and give brilliant feedback and the support on the phone for parents around the administration of the courses is really good. I spoke to a lady tonight who was just lovely and allowed us to put a course on hold as we have bitten off more than we can chew. I would highly recommend them for home learning.

United Kingdom | 20 January 2025A very disappointing experience. PERSONAL TUTORS? Not in our experience. We never heard from the named person and had a different person reply each time we needed to get in touch. INTERACTIVE MATERIAL? If you count some quizzes as interactive, then yes, but we expected more. There was also wrong material in one of the online sessions. HIGH TURNOVER OF ADMIN STAFF - It felt generally there was an ever changing turn over of staff, as we had different people replying to the same enquiry thread, so not one person responsible for following it through. We were told someone would phone us back and they didn’t. We were told someone would be in touch by a certain time and they weren’t. All in, I wouldn’t recommend Oxbridge. Sorry to sound mean. But it’s a lot of money and you could probably spend it better elsewhere.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025I would give this business which it is do not be fooled by the attempts to refer to themselves as educators this is not them. I will await a response to this review. As others have commented they will refrain from taking responsibility. I will tell you please read this review any potential customers before going with them. You will be given log ins and this after the pushy sales tactics when simply asking questions. They will say you have two weeks to cancel. Do not go with this or fall for this. As people have lives in adult learning and they know people will not remember they only have two weeks. Once logins given they will let you get on with it. You will get an email from a marker (note not a tutor) and the email will be very short saying I am here to help. However, not explain in what aspect they can help. Then they will let you do the work, there is no check points even they can see when you have accessed the site. It short you left to yourself like many people have mentioned and learn yourself and they refer to this as independent learning. I have completed distance learning before and no way have I found someone like this I thought businesses like this had closed up in the 2010's but appears this business continues to go off a proper University name and refer to themselves as educators. When in reality they are all call handlers. Additionally, Kelly please do not say you tried to put in support. As I have the emails you sent and no follow up for support around Dyslexia when said my assessment would be passed on to support team. Then I had to chase up and said well given support in terms of strategies. The strategies given clearly show this business have no idea on how to support students with additional needs. Then want more money to enrol again and don't care if Level 4 was also paid for will not give refund for that when not being able to do it. Now tell me Oxbridge where was that explained to me in initial call with advisor especially when doing a credit agreement? Furthermore, I am sure your calls are recorded right? If so I am more than happy for you to put recording on with the advisor who signed me up he did not say if cannot do Level 4 that I cannot get refund for that. They are a scam and not professional at all as when they are challenged start to become very stroppy. I was asked why am I going to FCA to complain and could not understand due to the scam this business. All please be aware they are not educators they are a call centre that does sales and you are not getting nothing off them. There is no clear "tutor" either, as first given one lady as "tutor" then it changed to someone else not being told why the change until I asked for support and it was dropped in an email reply. Then in response to my complain I was told in the email that my tutor was Kelly. Well I am not sure if I am losing my mind but I never had a Kelly as a tutor she is support advisor which she has stated and I have evidence of this too. Now Oxbridge come back with you lack of taking responsibility. I will be waiting. Update: To reply below. It appears there are threats now. This business is very sensitive. I can quote from the correspondence I got which appears to be forgotten. As accuracy is based on facts and not lack of responsibility. I have the emails clearly stating a support plan would be put in place that is accurate right? Additionally when chases being told given couple of strategies and that assessment would be reviewed to tailor a plan. When was this done? As mentioned this from the email correspondence that was sent by yourselves. Now tell me accordingly please is that fact? Fact update - please be very cautious potential learners that access this business. They will state you are doing independent learning and say they there to support. However when asking very limited support and have you waiting for something that will not materialise and change the narrative when question further. Additionally have a look at their finance page and this Oxbridge this is fact as I have done my research. They say they overseen by Financial Conduct Authority when in reality they are not regulated. Be very cautious as there advisors will get you to sign up saying you can cancel within 2 weeks but in reality if you have things going in your life or are busy you will not and if signed up to 10 month payment plan that is not regulated. They are not regulated by anybody as with all shoddy home learning platforms. The awarding bodies are not regulators for them as a business either. This shows they are a law into themselves. If you think this is not fact. Ask Trading Standards they will let you know how these types of companies work. Oxbridge this is all fact and let me know if anything is different to what I have explained and if you are regulated then please let me know. My guess you won't.
