I think the accessibility is formatted well and is easy to understand what topics I am doing and what topics are coming up. However the only downside is the slow replies from tutors.

The course itself was fine and reasonably priced. However, part of my course required a certain format which no one at Oxbridge ever helped me learn how to do; I emailed constantly and I never got a response. I did try and learn it myself but I just couldn’t understand it. Then during my final grade I got significantly marked down due to this not being done yet I received no help during the process. When I appealed this afterwards, I received several emails asking for details on what had happened and was told it would be looked into. I heard nothing for about a month before I chased them again and was told since I had my certificate they could not amend my grade, despite the fact that the first time I saw my final grade was on my certificate.

I'm doing maths A level. I was getting a reply from my tutor every 5 days or once a week and although it does say unlimited support the tutors do everything they can to avoid giving any calls. The calls are also not face to face, it's literally a phone call so it's difficult to picture the working in maths. I have had to pay for a tutor to help me because the Oxbridge support is limited. But they do give you a predicted grade. I don't actually really use their resources much either to be honest. I use TLC maths videos and yesterdaysmathspaper to learn concepts and practice exam questions with my tutor. Oxbridge is extremely average, but if your prepared to teach yourself and just need a predicted grade and a bit of structure then its okay.

Trying to get anything from this course was like trying to draw blood from a stone. The material provided was lifted straight out of the Ed-Excel textbook you can buy for 20 pounds, except they only copied over about a third of the exercises and was so error filled I could not reliable check my answers the question/answer discrepency was so high. The first tutor they assigned reponded once to a question, then was replace with another. The second tutor did not keep in contact. I suspect she was too busy with full time work, which left me without a human element in the course. Support was atrocious. I have 3 e-mails to the support team and 2 of them didn't work. My conclusion is that Oxbridge learning is a scam. A textbook and free online resources did more for me than their triple digit price tag ever did, and they wasted enough time and obsfuscated enough means of contacting them that refunding my purchase was impossible. Stay far away.

No communication or support, very hard to navigate student portal! Trying to contact your tutor is a assignment upon itself. Might be good for people who have already completed a university course but absolutely DO NOT do one of these courses if you are new to higher education! Totally different experience to courses I have completed previously I'm very disappointed. EDIT: Thank you for such a quick response, if only it was that easy to contact you on the student portal. I downloaded all the course material when I started and have continually been working towards it, with no support what so ever. As said before your course is extremely hard to navigate, I have invited colleges of mine to try and help me and they are equally shocked. I noticed an almost identical response to another review. Instead of copy and pasting responses I would suggest offering some support to your students. Fortunately I was able to provide proof so your attempt at removing my review was unsuccessful.
