I chose a level 3 criminology course for one year at Oxbridge, and it has honestly been amazing. I have come to the end of the course, and I cannot explain how brilliant the service was. Everything was provided to me, and I could choose whenever I wanted to study and start my assessments. There was no stress or a deadline, meaning I could log in whenever and get support. Daryl Creek was my tutor, and he helped me throughout the course. Whenever I needed help, I only needed to contact him, and he would get back to me within 24 hours. There was a time difference since I was in Sri Lanka and he is from the UK, so there was a time clash difference, but he still showed support. Thank you so much for the help, Daryl Creek. I am genuinely grateful :) Moreover, Barbara Taylor was correcting my assessments and giving me feedback. She has changed my entire working style and helped me improve for the better. I am currently a first-year student at a UK University, and Barbara Taylor's advice and feedback have helped me improve these skills to help me improve myself. So I would like to thank her too for the support she's given. I really appreciate it :) Overall, it has been a fantastic journey, and I await my certificate of completion of the course. Extremely unhelpful customer service. Tutor support is non existent. It takes weeks for someone to reply to an email. Similar learning content could be found on google. Nobody answers calls. Exam booking is a nightmare. It is a scam, my biggest regret is paying upfront.

So far all very good though I have only just sent my first assignment in and also need to complete an exam booking

I am following a course in biology and so far I can say that in my opinion it gives a very good bases with detailed explanations of the most important aspects that need to be remembered as well as understood for the exams. Therefore, I would still recommend to use books and practice exam style questions but the course presents what you really need to focus on. The end of unit assignments are checked very quickly and feedback received is clear. The team is very supportive too. In my case the learning advisor Antonia was extremely nice and helped me with formalities and answering any questions I had.

It was lovely not to have a long waiting time for the phone to be answered. All the questions that I had were answered immediately, with a knowledge that was reassuring and thorough. I felt like I mattered to Oxbridge, which was very sweet.

Danie and Kelly were EXTREMELY helpful. I accidentally put all 3 of the courses on one credit card and Danie was so kind and refunded it and then split my invoice into 3 separate payments so that I could purchase my courses with my husband's help and register for the exam before the fast-approaching deadline. I couldn't have done it without her amazing help. I also talked to Kelly who thoroughly answered all the many questions I had about how the practical assessments took place for the A-level Biology and Chemistry courses. She assured me that I don't need access to a lab beforehand and that the practical assessments were a condensed intensive lab course (which is great because I was seriously worried due to my total lack of experience).
