I commenced my program on July 28th, 2022. It was supposed to be a year program and I completed it last year in July 2023. I was sent the Record of Assessment Cycle in August 2023 to show that I have completed the course. It was filled and submitted that same August. Since then till now, I have not received my certificate. I have sent several emails to support@oxbridgelearning, and there has not been any good response. This is sad and unfair

I had a positive experience studying with Oxbridge Home Learning. I studied the NCFE Cache Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills and passed last year in July. Julie was a very good tutor and was always supportive with feedback which helped me to move forward and complete the units.

I studied a genealogy A level with Oxbridge. The course content was shocking, with roughly 2 pages of copied text from the internet for each module. The assignment questions were full of typos and not in detail, which didn’t aid to answering the questions and there was hardly any good support from tutors. They took a very long time to respond to emails if they even responded. My certificate took 4 months to receive after chasing them up multiple times and it didn’t even have a grade or course level on it. Plus the cost of the course, definitely didn’t get my moneys worth and I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone.

I paid upfront for my exams but they have continued to delay booking them. First in August the staff member whom asked me about exams didn't reply, I found out a month later that they'd left the company and they couldn't see my emails, so nothing was being done. I've filed three help tickets for them to book my exams but they're not doing it, they just don't reply to the emails and it's been months. The material has a lot of spelling errors. The tutor doesn't explain things, they just send links to other places on the internet that explains it.
