Why in God’s name did payee checks come to us? You had the account numbers. Now we sit here wondering why we paid $25 each delivery, and snail mail went thru freaking China. 2 account won’t post paid off till next week, God willing. Did a track on envelopes, one is Stuck in Jacksonville, Fl. Other just arrived in Philadelphia. Neither will post paid in full till next week; maybe. Many postal employee’s were just fired. Great freaking timing to mail final payments. Maybe I should do same with Rocket Mortgage payment.

This has been a nightmare. Rocket sent me 2 checks to payoff student loans from Nelnet. I have no account with Nelnet. I was told to call and ask if I sent the checks to them if they would refund the money. Nelnet said no, I don't have an account, they would just send it back. When I confirmed my 1 educational loan for Mohela, I had to send documentation of the amount I owe from the company. Had this been asked from Nelnet, I would have explained that I consolidated all my loans with Mohela and all but one was forgiven, and I no longer have an account. I was informed at closing that I could recind the loan in three business days. Well Saturday is a business day. Who'd have thought??!!. So now I am at a loss on what to do with two checks that I can't send out. Rockets explaination... it was on my credit report that I had $25000 in loans. Sure would like to know what credit report they used , because I can't find it. Loved Rocket when I refinanced years ago. This HELOC is a pain in the neck.

Lack of communication review of appraisal team specifically genies was horrible she kept asking for comps and ever time I gave her some she said not the same can’t use when the appraiser used some of the same she should be reprimanded or fired she should be trying to help not discourage I even had a talk with the appraiser and he said she could have used them for a reconsider just bad experience several other items
