Documents needed by you , were sent multiple time, either by up loading them or sending by e mail, held up closing for 2 weeks. Different people were involved multiple times

Every team and individual I dealt with in the Rocket Mortgage loan process could not have been better. Each one was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. The only 'glitch' was I requested paper docs at closing and it was digital. However, I attribute that to the fact I made a couple of changes during the process; and, in every team member working diligently to accommodate those changes, it was easy for that one aspect to be missed. Words are inadequate to express my appreciation to each and every person with which I dealt!! Thank you, Rocket Morgage team members! Particularly Ivan Casale and Kalim Rezaei Dashti. Kalim worked tirelessly to accommodate my changes- even on the weekends- including Sunday! Give them all a raise!! Again, Thank You Rocket Mortgage team members.
