Kemwell isn't who hands over the car, they just give you a fair price. You still deal with whomever agreed to that. Kemwell does their job, sometimes the car agency, not so much. They want you to upgrade, or buy extras you don't need.

Prices are always a bit lower. Never had a problem at point of pickup.

Good prices and good choice of cars. Customer service is responsive. I have used them twice in Italy and both times there was no problem with the reservation and what I got matched their description.

Our experience with leasing a Peugeot through Kemwel was excellent. All went as advertised. Will not hesitate to use Kemwel on our next trip to Europe.

The reason for the 4 Star is because the van that we rented was not ready but they offered it to us. Dog hair was all over the van, the seats was still folded down and we had to use paper towels that we had to clean something dirty off the inside. The vehicle had not been detailed and I was really upset about that. That situation really needs to be addressed. We told the young man that was inspecting the van that it was nasty and the damage that was on the van, so that verifies that they did not clean the van. They offered to clean it up then, but we just got off our flight which left at 6:00 that morning and we were ready to go to the hotel. Other than that everything else was okay. Sincerely, Peggy

Good experience renting through Kemwel for car rental in Germany. Only thing that they didn't mention was that Hertz would charge me a cross border fee because I was taking the car into Austria and Prague. It wasn't a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

We had to wait for two hours at the Europecar site in Toulouse to get our car because of a long line and very slow processing - even with our reservation. The tires on the car we received were bald and the headlights for night driving were misdirected. Very unsatisfactory and I wouldn't rent from Europecar again. The experience rates a zero, not even 1 star.

I was a bit hesitant at first since Kemwel's prices were almost half the other quotes, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car as well as after delivering it. No surprises. Will rent again from Kemwel.

Always a good choice

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN! DO NOT USE THEM! I CALLED TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION 3x and when you push the proms it says to talk to the person that hangs up on you. so I finally email after three days in several times and they continue to say I can only partially refund me because I canceled too late. But the truth is I called several times and tried several times at different hours of the day anyway I still have refunded me anything and they promised to give me 75% back this is just the worst company in the worst experience I've ever had trying to use an online site to book travels. They continue to say it's my fault because I did not call him but I am promise you I did several times. Then they got me confused for somebody else and said that they could not refund me it's just the worst luck is comping of ever seen

Easy and efficient, on line, at the airport, and returning the car. Only one draw back: the computer said that the car needed an oil change when I rented it, and failed to notice it before driving off. Otherwise, we had a great experience.

Easy step by step reservation process. Had never made on line car reservation, process made my travel plans easy with one less thing to worry about.

Our VW Passat was great. Loved the heated seats. The GPS got us where we needed to go. Great gas mileage. A bit tight on some European streets. We drove 3833 miles with no problems.

had a long term rental (40 days). Car was great, but no cruise control...for over 40 days that was a bit of a disappointment. Seems cruise control should be standard....

Horrendous experience with Peugeot Open Lease car. Arrival instructions upon arrival at CDG incorrect. Was instructed to use toll free telephone at CDG to contact TT while there are no telephones at CDG. Was told by TT after arrival at the pickup location that the telephone number given to me was incorrect. Personnel at TT pickup were very rude and arrogant! Very limited instruction given on lease car. Lease car had mechanical problems from the beginning and broke down after only 15 KM, only to be erroneously told it was caused by misuse and would not be covered by insurance. Emailing full report to Kemwel.

I will never rent from your company again! On September 5, 2017 I went to the counter to pick up the vehicle in Bari, Italy and they would not release the rental because I did have a international drivers license, when in fact I had a valid drivers license and am allowed to drive with my valid drivers license anywhere in the world as the law states. Your employees were rude and would not provide any other option. Also, they did not want to reimburse funds for the vehicle. Luckily the other rental car company Sicily by Car -Auto Europa was able to accomodate my rental with no is why I will never rent from you again or refer Kemwel to anyone else. You very unprofessional!!
