The car was not ready when we arrived. When the car was delivered it was parked on the main entrance road blocking traffic causing me to be rushed into the car without having time to check it out. Once on the road I found when the sun hit the windshield it was hard to see out because it hadn't been cleaned, in my opinion for weeks.

I Made a mistake during my booking and when I call to fix the booking the charge me almost 30% over my original price! Please make sure read the entire contract in particular cancelation policy. Never used again.

We travel to Italy every year, and use Kemwel exclusively. The on-line reservation process is easy and, if we need to speak with a representative, there is always somebody available on the phone. Picking up the car at the airport is never an issue...no hidden fees or additional insurance payments. We wouldn't consider using another provider.

Baiting and switching isn’t good business practice. I rented a convertible camaro, to be switched to a ford flex suv, then offered a KIA suv at the end... for the camaro price. Never again. goodbye.

Our car was waiting for us when we arrived at the rental office. It was almost new, drive well and we had no problems or issues. Returning it was a breeze. All you could ask for in a rental transaction.

Kemwel's efforts to provide a good car rental in Europe were again excellent. We rented the "compact" car - pick-up in Amsterdam and drop-off in Paris - for three weeks from Hertz because their drop-off charge of $250 was considerably less than Europcar's of ~$500. The cost of the drop-off was not known until we made a tentative reservation - with payment - that could easily be cancelled, however. We got a nice Volvo car with free GPS since we didn't ask for that. It took quite a while to find a car that Amsterdam was willing to lose to Paris. The car was fairly new but had a very annoying "hesitation" when trying to accelerate from standstill or low speeds. We took the car back to Hertz in the Hague but they could do nothing so we kept the car with this single defect.

Easy to book. Cheaper than others. Good service at the rental place, even though I had to travel farther to get there.

the car and company was fine but the GPS in the car was difficult to use, did not recognize some Portuguese cities, and did not have any voice for Portugal (it was programmed for Germany!!!). The manual was in Portuguese and we had a Portuguese engineer look at it and he had difficulty. Luckily we had google maps on our phone!

A little disappointed in hertz in rome returning car that we filled up car and was only 28 miles away when we returned auto. Because it was not completely filled wanted to charge us for a full tank of gas. A completely rip off. It was missing 2 liters of gas which is a about 3 quarters of a gallon of gas which is really nothing. We were charged 55.00 a total ripoff. Next time we will return it empty. Also washed car before returning.

I thought Kemwel was worthwhile to book with. I saved money on the rental but I felt the actual rental company was not happy that I booked with a 3rd party and gave me a hard time. Especially in Pittsburgh. All my experiences with Kemwel were great!
