Was given car I reserved and it ran well. Had no issues. There is a different process for buying gas in Iceland--be ready for that.

Reserving the car via telephone, pickup in Freiburg and the car were very good. Drop off on Cologne was terrible. Had great difficulty locating the drop-off area, when I located the Hertz office, was told I needed to back out in the traffic and park the car in the lot near the train station. I was already very frazzled from driving around the city, that just topped the day.

Every thing went smoothly at the airport. The only thing was, that the car was dirty. Other wise, I will rent again!

The worst car rental ever! Never again. 200 dollars for nothing!

In France Kemwel is covered by Hertz. Our rental car was not serviced properly. The dipstick was jammed so we could not check the oil. The warning light went on to tell us the engine needed servicing. One of the tail lights was burned out and the brakes failed when we were in the mountains. This caused a very dangerous situation, and a great deal of inconvenience and extra expense. I suggest when renting a car for an extended trip ask for a new car not one that has 60,000 K on it. on top of all this the Hertz representative that exchanged our car was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ordering overseas, was a bit nervous but everything went very smoothly! Extra airport tax and duties could have been a bit more apparent, as I only saw it once I had ordered.

When I saw the super low rates to rent a car for 5 days in San Francisco, I didn't hesitate to book with them. What I didn't expect was to pay an extra $700 when it came time to pick my car up at the lot. In spite of me specifying a 9am pickup and 9am drop off, my time selection was moved to 12p, so the rental company, Fox, socked me with an "upgrade fee" to book one of their cars on the lot that was ready to go at 9am. In addition to that, I was assessed hundreds more in fees, which pretty much ruined my vacation. Never, ever book through this company.

Very easy to reserve a car. We got exactly what we were hoping to get and at a very reasonable price.

We have used Kemwel for short term rentals and long-term leases f many years . We've done it in Canada, Scotland, Germany, france. We have been extremely happy with their service. There is always someone that we can talk to. If there has ever been a problem, which very rarely happens, I could easily get a hold of someone. Their prices are excellent.

Easy service to us. Insurance in Italy is very high (basically doubles cost of the rental), but rather than risk it, I took the full coverage. In exchange they gave me an Audi A5 upgrade. Nice!

I was over priced they charged me to fill the tank and got the flags when they said I could bring it back empty I was suppose to have a flat rate of 115$ and I was some how charged the 115$ then 347$?!? So almost 600$ to rent a car for 3 days are you kidding me?! I would like to be refunded
