I rented three times this 2017 summer in Spain, the first rental from Barcelona airport was a disaster, rude people at the desk, also moving the pick-up office in the garage was not a good idea. They also shorted my rental by a day and asked me to pay the 7th day . The two other rental from Figueras was fine ! Europcar is not what it was years ago, no more costumer service, that's a shame .

They found me a great price and a great company to work with when I was looking for a car rental in Iceland to drive around the island for a week! Saved me over $300 over the next lowest quote, and the easiest to work with.

Kemwel steered me to the best deal and company to serve my needs. I loved my Panda! The car was in great shape, and the company was always there to answer any questions I had.

The agreement was a bit misleading in that I was expecting a 2-4 door car such as a Ford Fiesta. What I got was a SmartCar! That was too small for us and we paid an additional $5/day to get a "real" 4 door. The rental car agent said that happens a lot with Kemwel.

Car was upgraded for very low per diem fee. Courteous, efficient transaction all the way around. I would definitely recommend Kemwel. Only drawback was paying in advance.

I lease a Peugeot car for my summers in Europe for many years, always very nice, new cars, no problem anywhere. Pick-up, returning, everything work very well. I will recommend then any time.

Fantastic! As someone who still has to pay premiums for being an underage driver, it was so nice to find a rental service that gives me my full cost up front. I had to cancel my first reservation and rebook, and the representative I emailed with was pleasant and quick to respond! Wonderful service. I'll keep Kemwel in mind for my future travel.

I had no issues with the car or pickup. The company claimed that it was cheaper to use their gas option, but I doubt that it was truly cheaper. Drop off was awful. The paperwork showed the address of the "office", but drop off was several blocks away in the underground parking of a hotel. It was not easily accessible and not well marked.

Kemwel was great they got me a awesome price and were helpful when i called to make a change. The car rental experience was terrible which isn't their fault but I wasn't sure if that should be included in this review. So this review really is 5 star for kemwel 1 star for Budget.

I have rented from Avis many time but this time it was not a good experience we had to wait two hour in line and wen we received the car it we was not clean inside and out. So we missed a small stone chip in the Windshield for which we have bin charged for a new one.

We have been using Kemwel for twenty years and have never had any problems. Very satisfied.

Your staff members are always so pleasant and helpful when I call. I love the idea of being able to get a lower rate whenever I find one online. The rate I had this year was the best I've ever had. I really liked having the Kia car even though my big suitcase wouldn't fit in the boot. It was wonderful to be able to drive a small car on the small roads and parking areas in Ireland. I always recommend you to anyone I know who is traveling to Ireland or Scotland. Thank you for your great service.

I initially rented a car for four days and then needed to add two more days. When I called Kemwel to see how I should do this I was told that I could do it over the phone for an additional nominal charge. However when I went to pickup the car at Budget, I was charged for an additional two days at a much higher rate, this in addition to the charges already on my card from the Kemwel transaction. I was able to speak with a manager at Kemwel while at the Budget desk who assured me that he would speak directly with a vice president at Budget to have the situation straightened out the next day. When I returned the car six days later the additional Budget charges were still on my credit card and I am still waiting for a final resolution to my claim.

I will never use Kemwel again. I ended up paying twice the amount of my rental because there was an exorbitant fee for a one way rental. My voucher clearly showed that I paid in full and there was $0 due at rental. At the rental counter I was told of the return fee. I then discovered in small print on the bottom of the voucher that I would be liable for the fee. It was not clearly advertised at the time of reserving the car and when I called the toll free number in the US, the customer service rep was disrespectful and unhelpful.
