Nice car, good room, mileage and value.

We had a one way rental from Dubrovnik, Croatia to Venice, Italy. The rental agreement showed to drop off the car at the rental car company's Venice location. However, upon picking up the car, we got the message to call the manager of the rental car company as we got closer to Venice to arrange the drop off. It turned out they didn't have a location at the Venice airport, but sent a representative from Croatia to meet us and pick up the car. In the end everything worked out and the company representatives were very courteous but the fact that we didn't have a set location, and had to play phone and msg tag with the rental car company created unwanted confusion and worries. We paid a lot extra for the one way rental, and for the money we expected a more seamless experience.

Bad experience. Booked same day accidentally to a different airport, our flight ended up being delayed for a while so we ended paying for a car we didn't use. Customer service was not helpful and they wouldn't give us credit for the money we had already spent.

The lines were very long and hence the waiting was very long to pick up the car. After waiting 45min-1hr I realized the person helping us didn't have a car for us right away. The car was fine and drop off very smooth.

Ordering on line was easy, and then changing some of the arrangements by emailing and calling worked out fine. Car was as ordered and as promised. Woman at office pick-up was very helpful and knowledgeable about costs, insurance, paperwork. After we returned the car one of the employees drove us to our hotel. Nice people, easy to work with. Reasonable cost.

Great price, but they didn’t have the paper work at the Budget office when I checked in. They did finally get it together.

I was always satisfied with Kemwel and my rating would have been 5 starts if they weren't so oriented to make money and not pay attention to the customer. To make a long story short this is what happened: I booked and party a car then because I was flying stand by I was put on the flight to Italy next day and I call the rental agency to let them know I was arriving next day. The rental agency very kindly they said to me that there was no problem and just to cover all the bases to give a call to Kemwel and let them know too. When I called Kemwel what they say? O no problem but you have to pay an extra 50 dollars because it became a new reservation... Shame on you Kemwel...

I made a mistake during my reservation last minute when I got the reservation next day and I noticed my mistake i tried to fix my mistake with Kemwel they were no helpful at all, they ended charging me 30% more than the other companies! and because i haven't read the little letter on the contract I couldn't even dispute! I learn the lesson the hard way! I would never recommend this company to anybody just use trusted AMERICAN COMPANIES!

Rental Company: In Serbia unknown ZZ. My was "Fastmobility" They charge me $341.89 like new damage. Car deliberately scratched with a key, on parking lot. The car had lot of scratches, and they found one scratch while I rented car.

Called several car rental companies before my trip to Europe. Needed a car to go from Germany to Romania...every company I called told me I am not allowed to drive across the Romanian border. OK. Then I called Kemwel and boom - Romania was no problem and I got the car reserved within 10 minutes. Sure enough - car was at the Frankfurt airport when i arrived, drove through Germany, Austria, Hungary and Romania at the price I was charged. Very easy, fast and right.
