What is the point of: 1. Choosing a particular car, and not get it 2. Establishing a cost, and pay more 3. Specifying insurance and have to have lengthy insurance lesson from counter clerk 4. Making reservations and stand through long waits, and see others without reservations taking up counter person's time ahead of you. And not paying any more!

Overall good service and clear on expectations. I was told I would get an EOS, but I got a bug, which was OK, but not what I expected.

Aside from scratches the whole length of the car in Florence, we were very pleased.

I made the reservation, and then never heard back. I had to call the 1.800 number to make sure the reservation went through. Then when I went to the dealership to get the car, they told me I couldn't get the Prius I had thought I would be getting. I had to beg the dealership.

Please in the future give the location/name of rental company you are going through in the town where people pick up their cars. We spent a lot of time wasted being directed to the wrong companies, waiting for staff, etc. In Toulouse Kemwell clients need to go through Hertz. Knowing that would have made our initial experience flawless. the car was fine the check in and check out experience went smoothly. Staff was great when we found the right company.

We rented a car from EuropCar via Kemwel in Reims, France, in September 2017 - all went just fine and thank you. Kudos to the EuropCar Reims team as they are wonderful - always knowledgeable and attentive to customers' needs and desires. We wish all the other EuropCar reservation teams were equally competent and welcoming - do you hear us, Downtown Nice, France ??

Shuttle service from airport to Fox was good, but had to wait 20 minutes for car to be washed. Several other patrons we're waiting as well, some people up to 30 minutes...very inconvenient.
