Good experience. However, the car we book is never available. Not Kemwels fault, rather Hertz/Dollar. Will think twice next time when choose a which company to rent from. Kemwrlmunich is great!

I have rented twice with Kemwel this year. The first time I stumbled across the company and booked a 3 week rental in the UK. My travel plans changed, I called the Kemwell staff, they explained that that was no problem and were very helpful and provided options for rebooking. The second time was for 3 days in Spain, I went straight to the Kemwell site to book. The instructions on where to pick up cars and what is covered is explicit and easy to understand. I would highly recommend and they will be my first stop next time I travel abroad.

Excellent experience all-around. It was much cheaper than other rental car options, but still received amazing service and no surprises. I will definitely be using them again!

Alamo in Munich airport imposed additional 70 euro "Foreign fee" for driving into nearby Salzburg (Austria). Never heard of this before. Tried to give us a huge Volvo van as "the only automatic available" instead of compact that we requested. When my disabled wife was unable to get into the van seat, I asked for a downgrade to a manual. That's when they gave us a smaller compact (also auto) .

I have used Kemwel several times for car rental. They have the best prices and are accommodating if you have to make a change. The selection of automobiles is also very good.

Idk if this was a kemwel problem or a Hertz problem, but we lost our reservation because our flight got delayed and they only hold the reserved cars for TWO HOURS. I'm sure that was somewhere in the terms of service, but its still a bummer of a policy. Ended up spending an extra 300 bucks on a mandatory upgrade.

We've used Kemwel for years now and it has always been a positive experience. We've gotten fantastic deals compared to any other car rental agency again and again. All the cars and companies have been top notch. Kemwel is extremely responsive to any unforeseen problems or changes and every representative we've had communications with have been very courteous, prompt, and professional. We highly recommend them.

I have used Kemwel many times and I find the rates to be far better than any other site. The staff is always super friendly and professional and are always willing to assist. I have never had any problems when picking up a car overseas, unlike many other vendors which don't seem to mention the additional fees. Kemwel delivers what it promises and has terrific rates.

I'd used Kemwel for about 20 years for my international travel. I've never had any trouble or surprises with the vouchers. Kemwel always has good deals withe the rental companies. I always look for the deals with zero deductibles - not wanting to add to the cost of my holiday if something bad were to happen.

Everything worked out well. I didn't look at insurance coverage well enough. The additional converage carried a high deductible and I needed to get additional coverage at the time of rental

Great car, with an even better gps system. Comfortable and roomy, and pick-up and drop off, even though in two different countries was easy and efficient. We will definitely use Kemwel again.

I USE KEMWEL TWICE A YEAR FOR A RENTAL CAR IN ITALY. I GET A CHEAPER PRICE THEN GOING DIRECTLY TO THE RENTAL CAR AGENCIES. MY CAR IS ALWAYS THERE AND THE INSURANCES ARE INCUDED WITH THE PRICE. GREAT COMPANY.
