The price seemed very attractive but when picking the car I realised there was no insurance whatsoever and the basic insurance add on cost twice more than the actual car rental amount.

The price mentioned initially was totally different from what I actually had to pay. The navigation system was terrible expensive and didn't work properly. A bit disappointed.

The website did not give any details about a security deposit to be paid. I did not get the car rental as a result of this and I did not get a refund. I emailed immediately and was given no assistance. Worse experience ever. Will NEVER use Kemwel again and will tell everyone I know as this is unacceptable. ENTERPRISE all the way!!

We've used this company multiple times over the past 15 years. We never have a hassle or any problems with them. Recently used two other companies in Spain and Portugal...not nearly as easy an experience. One of them in particular is still trying to charge us for things we did not authorize. I plan to only use Kemwel when traveling in Europe from now on.

It was my second or third time using the Kemwel service, the past experience was nice. I took the rented car at Port Lincoln Airport this time and the rental company was Eurocar. I paid the 3 days' rental balance and security deposit by credit card at A278 and the estimated payable was around A176 as shown in the Agreement. I then returned the car on time and I was pretty sure that no damage was caused to the car during my 3 days' rental. However, I was surprised to find that Eurocar charged me at around A230 (shown at my visa card statement) which was an extra 30% of the estimated price. I considered it would be fair and secure for the car renter if an advance notice would be sent explaining the reason of any extra payment on top of the estimated price.

offer did not include even basic insurance and I was not allowed to buy it at the counter. they offered full insurance instead, of course.

I have been using Kemwell for about 25 years now. I have always saved money and been happy with them.

Excellent customer service and ease of booking. Very good web site. Easy to extend reservation by e mail. Best prices ever for European rental cars. Staff at rental facilities were polite and professional.

All of the experience is excellent except the music one gets to listen to while the Kemwel reps take care of matters. Actually, the music itself is Ok but it seems to be being played on something Edison probably threw out and is painful to hear. Send the devise to a museum and get something better. To better listening!!

Great prices. Very easy. Was able to rent a car from a big European car rental company thru kemwel as the middle man for a much better price than they were offering.

Europcar Personnel at the airport was very nice. We arrived at a terminal different from the departing one. As we pointed out the departing one in our booking, ladies at the airport found us cars at the terminal we arrived, so there was no need to go to a different terminal to get our cars. This saved us valuable time. Ladies were very flexible. One scratch was not marked on my rental form received at the airport, but it was immediately written upon my noticing from the guy that gave me the keys for the car at the parking spot. I am overall satisfied with my experience with Kemwel. It was more than simple to book. All was OK so far.

Good price no surprise and efficiency

I was pleased with my rental from Kemwel. There were no major issues with the rental. I have used them before and will use them again.

We were disappointed with the rental experience. 1. The rental agency, Enterprise/Alamo, lied to us about liability insurance "exclusion countries" to pressure us to purchase unnecessary liability coverage for an expensive E30/day. (we later confirmed with our credit card company that we were covered by our credit card, something that we were told was not possible by Enterprise/Alamo) 2. Partially due to this extra expense, we returned our car 1 day early, but the rental agency told us that they would not refund our last day because Kemwel would not refund that charge to them.

Difficult to find rental desk at airport, no help locating car in the lot. Difficult to return car. Misleading charges

All went smoothly with our car rental in Chetmal. The only problem we had was the taxi driver who insisted that the rental office was not at the airport when it was. Consequently, he drove us around for about an hour, before he got the location confirmed.

Been using Kemwel for years, never with any issues. Know up-front exactly what your rental costs will be, no added fees or surprise charges, and I end up saving a ton of money on every rental.

Best available deals on regular basis. Good follow up and excellent customer support. The only thing missing is a HAPPY face on their logo. Keep it up.
