I emailed immediately and was given no assistance. Worse experience ever. Will NEVER use Kemwel again and will tell everyone I know as this is unacceptable. ENTERPRISE all the way!!

Recently used two other companies in Spain and Portugal...not nearly as easy an experience. One of them in particular is still trying to charge us for things we did not authorize. I plan to only use Kemwel when traveling in Europe from now on.

Hong Kong | 26 April 2017It was my second or third time using the Kemwel service, the past experience was nice. I took the rented car at Port Lincoln Airport this time and the rental company was Eurocar. I paid the 3 days' rental balance and security deposit by credit card at A278 and the estimated payable was around A176 as shown in the Agreement. I then returned the car on time and I was pretty sure that no damage was caused to the car during my 3 days' rental. However, I was surprised to find that Eurocar charged me at around A230 (shown at my visa card statement) which was an extra 30% of the estimated price. I considered it would be fair and secure for the car renter if an advance notice would be sent explaining the reason of any extra payment on top of the estimated price.

Actually, the music itself is Ok but it seems to be being played on something Edison probably threw out and is painful to hear. Send the devise to a museum and get something better. To better listening!!

As we pointed out the departing one in our booking, ladies at the airport found us cars at the terminal we arrived, so there was no need to go to a different terminal to get our cars. This saved us valuable time. Ladies were very flexible. One scratch was not marked on my rental form received at the airport, but it was immediately written upon my noticing from the guy that gave me the keys for the car at the parking spot. I am overall satisfied with my experience with Kemwel. It was more than simple to book. All was OK so far.

The rental agency, Enterprise/Alamo, lied to us about liability insurance "exclusion countries" to pressure us to purchase unnecessary liability coverage for an expensive E30/day. (we later confirmed with our credit card company that we were covered by our credit card, something that we were told was not possible by Enterprise/Alamo) 2. Partially due to this extra expense, we returned our car 1 day early, but the rental agency told us that they would not refund our last day because Kemwel would not refund that charge to them.
