I have used Kemwel multiple times over the past 10 years or so, in multiple countries. Although there can be small hiccups with a local supplier, I have always been impressed with the Kemwel operation. Their "inclusive" rates can't be beat.

The cars were fine in every regard. Staff at Avis in Lisbon were heavy handed in trying to frighten us into insurance we did not need, but otherwise fine. Staff in Sevilla were very efficient and pleasant. The GPS was dreadful. Unaware of years-old road changes...taking us right through the heart of medieval towns rather than circumnavigating when our destination was NOT the heart of town. GPS was OK from city-to-city, but horrible on the first or last mile. City-to-city is the easy part (can be done with a free map from a TI)...the last mile is what counts!! Very disappointed.

THE ONLY thing i did not like in barcelona train is the distance to pick up the car . we had lots of luggage and needed to leave my husband with it but he was burglarized.

You folks came through for us again with our recent trip to England. I have used Kemwell for at least 20 years and at least once per year... you do as you promise... even left a handicapped placard in vehicle when we returned it.. and guess it was Eurocar sent it to us Via airmail ...

Renting with Kemwel was easy. Rental car was ready, the type I selected and I breezed through the agency in Nuremberg.

Booking agent was efficient, thorough, patient. Car was waiting as ordered with price as guaranteed. Great one-stop shopping for car rental needs.

Overall Kemwel was great. We had a bit of misunderstanding on some fine details of the rental, but every time I've called their customer service, they've been prompt and understanding, and sound like they are going to fix my problem with the misunderstanding.

Kemwel did great; it's European partner (Europcar), less so. When picking up the car at Europcar, their system was so inefficient that, even though we were the first in line, it was a 30-minute wait for anyone to speak with us. During the same interval, the Hertz counter managed to get cars to 3 different sets of customer. Europcar's extraordinary inefficiency can't, of course, be laid at the feet of Kemwel, but they could try working with their partners to assure that every step of the process is done efficiently.

We've used Kemwel for years with both lease backs and rentals. Always a good experience and as advertised.

Superb experience. Cars are always what advertised. I have been using Kemwel now for several years and I find their selections and price best than anything else on the web.

We were quoted the wrong price and they really were not clear on a drop off charges for not taking the car back to the original pick up lacation. This add and extra $75 dollars to the cost.

Hassle free transaction and consequent rental. Prices are very competitive and figure of total cost is clear.
