United States | 20 April 2017After being a loyal customer of yours for years without problem, this time was the rental from hell. FIRST, I was not given the the small stick shift car I asked for. They gave me an automatic large Citroen, who's transmission was failing. SECOND, I took it back because it drove so badly and there was not another as I had ordered. THIRD, when I took it back on the second day to cancel the order, they told me I was going to have to pay for the 3 days anyway and this time offered me the car I had originally asked for later on the last day. FOURTH, they charged me over 65 Euro ON TOP of what I had already paid, $107 USD for. I paid twice and they told me the entire rental was only 65 Euro. FIFTH, they said there were only 27 KLM used, but they counted the KLM the agent had used when he brought it over from another location and the 4 turns around the area to park. That should not have been my responsibility. SIXTH, I had to fill the tank and it cost me just over 15 EURO!!!! EXCUSE ME, but even if I had driven 27 KLM, which I didn't, there is no way on earth that it I would have to had paid that much. This means that the tank was not full when I received it. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

United States | 20 April 2017We rented a car for pick up in Vienna. An economy car and ended up with big car that was terrible. Steering off and hard to drive. Also, we believe they gave us that car because it had tags from Itlay and we were going to drop it off in Italy , so we drove iit back for them and had to still pay $300 up charge.

United States | 20 April 2017I have used the Peugeot Open Europe service three times. Each experience has exceeded expectations. While there is a bit of paperwork to do before hand it is clear and easily managed. The car I ordered was there and delivered promptly and efficiently. An added bonus is personalized Shuutle to and pickup to the terminal. On my last trip I had a very early departure and called ahead to see if they could be there earlier than opening hours. No problem. Will use again.

United States | 20 April 2017Kemwell has been our car rental company of choice for many years now. They have provided wonderful service and great value. We have rented with them in Italy, France, Ireland and now England. This latest rental was waiting for us at the EuropCar location at London Heathrow. Everything was as expected and the desk agent gave us an upgrade that was much appreciated. (Not sure that had anything to do with Kemwell but a nice addition to the story). All in all we will continue using Kemwell for all of our European rental needs.
