I reach out to Arctic support because I had lost the AM5 mounting hardware that came with my Liquid III 420 AIO, and within 5 hours of creating my support ticket, the replacement mounting hardware had already left their warehouse in Germany and was on it's way to me. The speed with which they were able to solve my issue was amazing, I was very impressed and am definitely now a loyal Arctic customer, as they stand behind their products even when it is my fault and not theirs!

I had problem with Arctic Liquid Freezer III A-RGB VRM module. One of the magnets was not working. After contacting support it took only couple of days for them to answer. Simon from Arctic was extremly professional, fast and pleasant. He asked me what the problem was. After I presented video of a problem and my invoice, replacement module was on its way to me. Only a week later I received replacement free of charge and now my cooler is complete. All in all it was extremly pleasant experience and I have to say only great things about support, their speed and professionalism.

I bought a CPU cooler and it is awesome. Also I had a bit of problem (I lost 1 screw) and then contacted the support and they were so nice and gave me a few for free.

I recently purchased the Arctic Liquid Freezer III and was initially disappointed to find it wasn't compatible with my CPU socket. Cooler is ok but why is there not a manual inside the box. Why would you "cheap out" and make your customers waste time logging in/out scanning QR codes?. Why do you also assume that people are connected to the internet 24/7?.

Einer meiner Lüfter hat den Geist aufgegeben. Nach einem kurzen Anruf und einem netten Gespräch habe ich per E-Mail weiteres erläutert und einen Tag später schon Hilfe in Form von einem Ersatz erhalten, unschlagbar guter Service, gut gemacht Arctic!

Recently purchased an Arctic Freezer III AIO but I didn't notice it would not fit due to the built-in M.2 motherboard heatsink. Contacted support, provided proof of purchase for both the motherboard and the AIO, and Arctic sent over one of their new M.2 heatsinks, so that I could forgo the use of the built-in one but still take advantage of cooling for the SSD in that slot. Support was quick, friendly, and resolved the issue! Both the AIO and the M.2 heatsink are really high quality as well, so I'm pretty happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend!

I bought 6 fans from Artic and one get bad so I ask for warranty and was not a problem they send me another one free, so the service is great !!

I needed a mounting kit for a Freezer III cooler urgently, to make this compatible with LGA 1151 socket, this was complicated as I could not order the item directly from Arctic GMBH as they do not ship directly to the UK (as we are no longer in the EU). My only option was to order through Amazon UK, however, there was no option for Express delivery and they confirmed delivery was 15-20 working days. I telephoned Arctic GMBH support. I spoke with Andre and explained the issue, he immediately understood and resolved my issue by sending the item immediately by express delivery to the UK using DHL. Thank You Andre for your excellent support.

Excellent experience with arctic customer service I needed the am5 assembly kit for my version of the liquid freezer II 240 and they promptly sent it to me in a few days I am really very satisfied, in general arctic as products is a guarantee for me and the customer service is at the same level.

Ich habe gefragt, ob ich irgendwo weitere lange Schrauben kaufen kann, damit ich noch 3 weitere Lüfter an die Wasserkühlung (Liquid Freezer III, 360mm) schrauben kann (die übrigens hervorragend funktioniert; weitere Lüfter sind nicht nötig, aber man kann dann mit weniger Drehzahl und damit weniger Lautstärke die gleiche Leistung erzielen). Der Support hat mir nach ein paar Tagen geantwortet und ohne weitere Kosten sofort 15 Schrauben auf den Weg gebracht. Super Service von Arctic!

New motherboard I have a Freezer III 420 AIO and bought a Gigabyte X670E AORUS MASTER motherboard. The heatsink for the first M.2 SSD was too high to fit and Arctic send me a low profile heatsink free of charge (although I should have checked compatibility between cooler and motherboard). The low profile heatsink lowered the temp by about 10 degrees Celcius. Well done Arctic

Contacted the company as my new motherboards nvme cover was not compatible with my artic freezer 3 420 mm aio, they are sending me out one that will fit. This is what a great company they are with customer services second to none. Many thanks.

Ordered an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 420 but it didnt fit on my motherboard because one of the SSD heatsinks was too big. Arctic provided me with one of their own for free and this solved everything. Fantastic service, ill definitely buy a product from Arctic in the future!
