I had a damaged housing and the pictures and references required were unreasonable and unachievable. How is someone supposed to take a picture of a damaged item in the box with original packaging? how are you supposed to know it is damaged WITHOUT taking it out of the package. I had to fabricate a new piece to protect the motor as to not cause any damage. Very dissatisfied, will not be using this company again. The original order was returned. The pump was shippied in a box that looked like it had been around the world twice! Pump was missing parts & was probably a return. A new pump was sent, but the original was a complete piece of junk and an embarrasment.

I have used this system for years. My system top cracked and destroyed a replacement bulb. Ordered a replacement system and put it place. Have yet to use as I have to replace my pool liner that is finally being shipped. I’m sure this new unit will be as good as my last.
