AGL stuffed up my Gas account claiming that I had left AGL for another retailer. I contacted them after not receiving a gas bill for the past 18 months. They appear to have corrected this by putting me on a better deal.

price is comparable with others and cheaper then some. Online payment of bills is easy by entering my own meter reading and payment option of per month payment is easy as a pensioner.

Received an email from AGL saying I had received a $50 gift card. I had to click a link. I phoned AGL, to see if the email was legitimate. The person who took my call, promptly investigated the email, and advised it was legitimate.

called AGL. operator was very nice to talk to was understanding and resolved my gas inquiry in a couple of days. all seems to easy at this stage. love the app and looking into the internet and phone deals as they are very competitive

I have found AGL to be a very cost effective service. The gas costs are very competitive and you will be pleasantly surprise everytime you get your gas bill and great discounts for paying your bill on time.
