Australia | 07 June 2022Payment for a Gas bill & Electrisity bill were paid a week in advance of the due date using EF. These were 2 entirely different transactions with 2 corresponding seperate receipt numbers. After the due date I was contacted by someone from AGL ( possibly a call centre ) saying there was an outstanding payment,after spending 20 min. on hold & a further 10 of explanation I assumed things were sorted out, BUT no !! last week I was notified by a collection agency that if an amount outstanding was not paid immediately further action would be taken. Forward 2 days & a further 25 minutes being shuffled around on the phone I THINK these unnecessary mistakes were finalised. I pride myself on paying bills before the due date & a credit check would verify this statement. At this stage I will be comparing future suppliers costs of these services. Sincerely Robert Jones

Since returning I have found that the prices are competitive and my solar input achieves higher rate of return than anyone else. Admin staff have been helpful and pleasant to deal with. They must have a new manager methinks. gg

AGL offers very competitive rates and has a variety of plans for both gas and electricity. The feedback offered via their customer website is excellent and the Peak Energy rewards programme is innovative and can save you additional dollars off your energy bill.
