There is no words enough for me to explain how nice and helpful Filippo at Fesal is. I made an order with him for 4 kitchen appliances (Ovens x 2 + Dishwasher + Cooking Hob), he gave me all the specification in English as I request, help out with the freight to Thailand. What more impress me is, I run into problem to import the appliance into the country (because of some sort of import licence / permit required for the country and we are newly moved to here without knowing the requirement), while the order already shipped and on the way to Thailand, Filippo helped me to hold the shipment and trying to redirect back to Fesal while we trying to process the import licence / permit to avoid the whole shipment being destroy by local customs. At the end, we receive the shipment safe and sound. What I am trying to point out is, while I am stressing and worrying about the shipment will be destroy by Thailand customs due to not able to provide import licence / permit, Filippo put his 100% effort into the case and trying to help what he can do, despite the shipment is already shipped out from his business, this after sales service you simply cannot easily find anywhere else. And that also made me decide Fesal will be my only place to shop in the future.

I have not as yet installed my appliances but I will say this. Right from the start my concerns off purchasing internationally were addressed. Communication was excellent and all questions were answered promptly. I was very impressed in the way the appliances were packed for freight...a bit like Fort Knox...took me a little while to unpack due to only having manual screwdriver but all in all products were excellent and can't wait to have them installed...8 weeks?? I will write a review when they are installed. I have already recommended Fesal.com.au to others who are building and renovating and will continue to do so.
