Can not fault product or customer service only problem was the very long delivery time as we ordered over the Christmas period so be prepared to wait if you order early December it took nearly 2 months to be delivered to Melbourne Australia

I'm sure that Fesal think they're doing a good job, but they're really not. I had no idea how many additional costs I was about to incur when I ordered from them, I didn't realise his long it would take, I didn't realise I was effectively becoming an importer by dealing with them and I would never, ever do it again.

I think that more than 2 weeks delivery time is a little too much, but that's probably also to keep the price as low as possible for us customers.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Filippo and his team. The ordering process, customising our order and later even adding some extra items was no trouble at all. Filippo was exceptionally quick to respond to email and we even spoke on the phone to confirm some details. We ordered two ovens, hob and warming drawer and three taps. The custom box which was built for our items protected everything very well - nothing was damaged and this was air freighted from Europe to New Zealand. Overall extremely happy with our order and it has allowed us to get premium products. We will definitely be using Fesal again and have recommended them to friends.

great service just could not find a suitable range hood to do the job we needed having an island hob below a bulkhead leaving a limited space between hob and hood. Originally wanted the sky track which is on steel wires and lower from the ceiling but the space problem stopped it Filipo was really helpful and we have what needed at a great price compared to anything that might have been suitable here in Australia

We ordered loads of products, 3 Gaggenau appliances (microwave oven, steam oven, and coffee machine), 1 Seimens range hood and 1 induction cooker in November 2015 during Black Friday sales. We got them all with very great discounted prices and we were very satisfied. The only thing is it took more than 3 months to be received. There was no mention of delivery duration info during Black Friday sales period except it said shipped in 20/25 days from order date. We finally got our products in good conditions in February 2016. We just wished Fesal could communicate with us more often during that waiting period, that would have been more memorable shopping experience. Something like how they are going to ship and estimated waiting period etc without the need of contacting from customer side. We had to call a couple of times and emailed a few times. Other than that, a good shopping experience with variety of products. Thanks.

Ordered a tap and it took nearly 4 months to be delivered. May be because it was ordered in November and got caught up in Christmas but still a very long time with little communication. When it finally arrived it was perfect!!

Good communication, securely packed parcel, only learning for next time is as an Australian customer I should check connections (plumber used an adaptor, easy fix). Much cheaper than e&s trading/Reece etc in Aust.

We purchased a Neff gas cooktop & Neff steam oven from Fesal. Although hesitant at first, we were offered a good discount, which helped cover some cost of import tax & they were very helpful, with any questions. This will be the third time I will be using Fesal. At first I was a bit reluctant to hand over this amount of money to an overseas company as I was sceptical – the savings seemed ‘too good to be true’, however I dealt with the Australian representative and also the company director in Italy, and they both assured me everything would be great, and it has been. We opted for the door to door delivery and found the courier service great with notification and delivery options were fantastic. Even after paying import duties, it was still worth buying through Fesal, and we saved about 40% to 50%!

Fesal is a great company where I was able to save money on my taps. Make sure you have a professional installer that is willing to install as these are European standards but other wise , perfect.

It took us a lot of research before we finally settled on purchasing our Falmec Downdraft through Fesal and we are very pleased with it. Be clear that you will pay the extra dollars by the import handlers but this still adds up to paying less than if you bought it from an Australian supplier. Filippo is a good communicator and will handle any queries quickly and concisely.
