I ordered a Gessi Soap Dispenser and it was shipped from overseas within a couple days. Due to Xmas period, delivery took a little longer than expected, but received the goods within 4 weeks. Would recommend using Fesal and will use them again myself.

I must admit that I was a bit reluctant to buy this expensive kitchen hood from Fesal via the internet but everything was just perfect. The product arrived on the promised date in a very solid wooden box that was specifically made to fit around the hood, so it arrived in perfect condition. After installation I can also confirm that it filters (recycles) the air incredibly well. I am very pleased with the Falmec Libra and with Fesal and would certainly recommend both.

Very happy with new tapware. As mentioned on website, it took approx 20 business days from the order date for the tapware to arrive. It was well worth the weight given it was close to 40% less than the RRP in Australia!

I ordered an expensive rangecooker which was HALF the price than any uk retailer. I was worried that it being a non uk seller I may have problems......not so.....paid by PayPal ....always a response for delivery updates on live chat. Also oven arrived on time in perfect condition. Perfectly packaged within a large crate. I now have a rangecooker that no way I could of purchased at uk prices.

We bought a stovetop from Fesal as new model was half the price compared to getting old model retail in NZ. While there was a delay in shipment the communication and assistance throughout the process was impeccable. Stovetop arrived last week. Highly recommended.
