We bought an Ilve oven and range hood, a beautiful Elleci composite stone sink and a induction stove top from Filippo at Fesal.com.au. Right from the beginning Filippo couldn't be helpful enough. Thoughout the transit between paying for our goods and receiving them he did everything he could to reassure us that everything was going ok. He let us know when he had received the goods and then sent me pictures of them all boxed and ready to be shipped over to Australia. The savings were huge! After I split taxes and sea freight to Syd between the 5 items we purchased I still saved over $2000 on the retail price for the same oven from Australia not to mention the savings on the other items. Ordered 2 Miele ovens and arrived in time as promised. Very well packaged. All questions asked were answered more than satisfactorily by Filippo and Antonio. After looking at the various options available of importing appliances to Australia, we went with Fesal and have not regretted that decision in any way. I bought a significant quantity of expensive tapware from fesal. Their communication was fantastic and the products arrived extremely well packaged and on time with minimum fuss. Please be sure you are aware that it will take some time for products which they don't stock to arrive and that you will need to deal with import duties. If you understand that, you definitely won't be disappointed with the range of products, price and great customer service.

This was the second time I order from Fesal and once again, I am very satisfied. The worked hard to get me the extractor hood I wanted at the best price possible and on a very fast delivery all the way to Mallorca. I could not get the exact replacement for my existing sink in England and found on Fesal's site. All emails promptly answered with very good English. The only minor thing was a bit of a mix up in the invoice costings but that was put right immediately. Could not fault the excellent service from Ciao.

The price was very good compared to local prices, but there was an extra unknown hidden cost of Custom Duties and GST charges tax that we were not aware of. The tap has a 240v power feed, but the plug is for Italy not for Australia. Otherwise very good service. Many thanks
