Purchasing our tapware from Fesal has been a great experience with the service from Filipo being brilliant and the goods arriving on time as promised.

The product was in good shape, delivery worked well, ordering and payment were flawless, though I would have appreciated credit card payment over PayPal. FESAL should consider to contract another delivery service, TNT did not work as professionally as expected (and as experienced by major competitors) here in Germany. Since the product needed to be ordered from manufacturer, I waited for four weeks until delivery was finally announced. In between there was no communication at all from FESAL. Since the original time was announced to be around two weeks, I had expected to be informed of the delay. Since this was my first order at FESAL, I would have felt more confident with a little more frequent updates on the status of my order.

This site offers so much is extremely easy to navigate and to identify product , specification of product in fact they have made it so simple on top of the site offering access to the most cost competitive household appliance hardware from top manufacturers any where in the world , that basically it is idiot proof. There is no risk whatsoever attaching to transactions and wondering if your getting what you've paid for , the site has excellent follow up throughout the process from purchase to delivery of your goods .... Begs the question why on earth would you pay more and buy elsewhere for top end appliances and household fitout items when this site has the most up to date product offerings available at prices you would consider to good to pass up.

I had heard about Fesal from a friend. She urged me to give them a go when purchasing items for our home renovation. I was sceptical as they seemed to good to be true. However, I needed a KWC tap quickly. I looked up the website and spoke with Filippo, late evening, via email. The price was great and shipping reasonable. I was told the tap was in stock. I was Invoiced in € and even with the current exchange rate the tap was $600-$900 cheaper than purchasing in my home city. The buying experience was speedy and pleasant. The only glitch, if you could call it that, was miscommunication about the tap being in stock. Is was in stock but, not in Australia as I believed, rather in Italy. I learned this when I received a link to track the arrival of my order via TNT and it was in Italian and not English. It didn't assist me to track my order. The tap arrived a few days after I expected it to arrive but public holidays were most likely the culprit! I would definitely use Fesal again.

I'm currently in the process of installing a new kitchen and after a few days research in kitchen appliances, came across the fesal.com website. Given that I live in australia and we pay what I think is 'overs' for most everything, I was surprised if not dubious of some of the prices on the website. After more research and nearly 100% glowing reviews I emailed Filippo and asked his advice on certain products. He couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up buying a lot of appliances in the Neff range. Conservatively I think I've saved at least $5k to $7k. As an added bonus I was getting the latest range from europe that hasn't even been released in Australia yet! All of my appliances arrived 3 weeks ago exactly when filippo said they would and are all genuine and brand new. Will definitely be recommending Filippo to friends and family!

After few confusing comments and multiple scare tactics from local re-sellers, I made my mind and opted for Fesal.com. I can say, “That was the best decision I made while buying online”. We bought 4 module of Gaggenau vario cook-top and KWC Zoe tap and saved nearly 40% off retail price after paying 15% GST and custom duty. Local re-sellers try to scare me that “No Insurance for imported appliances… A detailed call to insurance provider and I found that was a big lie – Insurance company was happy with online purchase as long as appliance installed correctly. Local re-sellers try to scare me that “No electrician or plumber will install appliances”… To my surprise, our plumber and electrician said that most of appliances in New Zealand are imported and they are more than happy to install them :-) Local re-sellers try to scare me that “Appliances imported are not certified for new Zealand and you need to spend as much as $20K per appliance to have them certified before you install them”….. To my surprise NZ energysafety website mentioned within regulation codes that appliances certified for Canada, Europe and USA accepted at New Zealand. Local resellers said there will be no local support and warranty…. Filippo gave me in writing that any repair part and cost will be taken care by Fesal.com :-) Now with such amazing customer care, honest service and quality products saving 30-50% in total…. Not buying fesal.com would be a biggest mistake one can make. I decided to buy any future products from fesal.com and one of my friends already placing order at fesal.com :-) Thanks Filippo for setting very high standards of customer service with quality product.
