We received our order today. Fesal have a genuine commitment to customer service. They delivered all our appliances beautifully packed in plywood crates. We ordered at the end of November 2015, and received everything in mid Febuary 2016. This took longer than usual because of the Christmas holidays, and all our order was to be delivered together, which we received in perfect condition. Thank you Filippo for being easily contactable and always responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Fesal are a pleasure to do business with.

I stumbled across Fesal when I was doing research for our renovation in Australia. We are renovating our house, and found a product on the Fesal website that we needed, and it was at the best price we had found. I made dilligent enquiries on the chat line, and promptly received all answers to my questions. Further to that i telephoned the Melbourne number, to be surprised that it actually diverted to the Itallian depot of the company at local call costs. Filippo answered, and i told him that I had a somewhat urgent problem to meet a shorter delivery time than quoted, and i can only say that Filippo went out of his way to organise and push our order through with speed.. In my opinion i do not think that i have ever had better service on line from any other seller for our many on line purchases. We ordered a sink, range hood , gaggenau induction hob & gas wok plus a few other things. The Australian agent did not advise us that the gas appliances can't be legally fitted in Australian without going through the AGA and getting a B class plumber to fit. Unfortunately the cost of this well exceeds the saving. When we rang Fesal about it they said they were unaware of any issues with importing gas appliances. Friends of ours ordered Miele gas at the same time and have now had the same issue. The models are exactly the same as what you can buy in Australia, but without the AGA stamp you'll struggle to find a plumber that would risk putting them in. 5 stars for product quality but 1 star on the customer service on that front. Update: Thanks for your quick response. My husband was the one who called and spoke to the same lady who dealt with our initial order- he'll give you a call again today after 4pm to get your advice. We would love to keep it and we are very happy with the rest of our order but we have had 2 plumbers say they won't install it because their insurance won't cover it, and our friends (who rang, but couldn't get through) are having the same problem with their gas fitter, hence our concern. Looking forward to speaking with you about it.

I was also very skeptical about fesal.com when I found it. They had a product that is not available in the US and that was the main motivation for me to get it from them. Surprisingly, the ordering process was very easy. The product shipped from Italy so it did take a while to get here but the condition of it was pristine. Even if I encountered issues with the unit, Filippo was super responsive and took care of problems immediately. I feel confident enough now to buy even more products from fesal.com and would not hesitate recommending this website to friends and family!! Way to go!!!

I have received my new tap from Fesal, and on its way is my brand new sink with colander. The service to date has been fabulous with all my questions answered fully and happily. I have been informed of every step of my order. To boot, the price I paid for these quality items was so much cheaper than the same items in Australia, even after paying for delivery fee! I'm a very happy customer and know I will purchase again from Fesal again in the future.

I had some initial misgivings about the concept of ordering appliances from a foreign country, but Filippo really does what he says he will - and does it very well! If you want what he's got and you can't get it locally, he'll ship it to you in the advertised timeframe. You pay a premium price, but you get the service. Our Bosch oven and Siemens hob arrived on time, excellently packaged in a custom made shipping crate, with no damage. I'd definitely use this service again and recommend it without hesitation.

I ordered my item in early December. I started to worry in January and mad some enquiries. The Manager corresponded very quickly and then it seemed to ramp up a notch. I received my item on Feb 8th, just in time for the build. I am not convinced that if I hadn't rattled the cage, my part would have arrived on time (just).
