Ordered a 7x5 photo of my son. They sent a 5x5. I was told by Boots photos to destroy the photo of my child and send proof of destruction to receive a refund. I told them i would never destroy a photo of my son for any amount of money. They are rude, unhelpful and extremely disgusting towards their customers. I will never purchase another thing from Boots. Boots have said I did not include order number but I did!!! They refunded me yesterday 3 days since I threatened them with trading standards! They are appalling!!!!

Very very disappointed I did not receive my order it was a Xmas present for my friend and this would have just made her Xmas special but the delivery guy left it at an unknown place so I am extremely dissatisfied with this and still hasn’t been sorted

I had a photo book delivered but the quality was awful. I emailed and they agreed to have the book remade, so I recycled the original books. The new book is no better and now they are refusing a refund because I don’t have the original books (despite agreeing there was a fault in printing and the quality was very bad). £100 lost!

I was very disappointed with my photo book. A lot of my photos had no heads, lots of not complete photos , probably the worst book I have made. Maybe this was my fault as I found the process quite hard to follow and not able to review it before ordering.
