Took a few hours to upload photos to create gifts for Christmas to be sent to family in UK then found out after all that I couldn't pay with my UK cc because I was away in Europe. I worked this out after I got back to UK. Messaged customer services which also took time to be told they don't know how to help. Very irritating.

Photo booklet was lovely but advertised and paid for before Xmas delivery and was disappointed this didn't happen. Paid additional postage to have the gift sent on to family that has since gone home. Other providers offer easier editing functionality on their app too.

Quality awful and decorations all scratched. Complained and still waiting on my refund. Was awful to send back as printed label didn’t work. Items nothing like description. Will never use this service again as cost me postage even though the goods are not up to standard. I had better get my refund. Have added 2 photos to show. The response to this review of the protective layer not being peeled off. Nowhere did it say to do that and I wasn’t advised that by customer services when I complained about these items. I inspected them closely and so really do not think there was a protective layer on these items. I thank you for the refund, but very poor quality these items were, hard to return as label I printed wouldn’t scan and an awful experience. Still give one star.

Great quality item delivered within a reasonable time frame. Website was a little difficult to use on a smartphone, but not a big issue and likely not to the fault of the company itself.

I ordered a photo calendar as a gift that promised guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery. It did not arrive. I emailed to complain and got a generic reply saying a new one has been sent. No apology or explanation given. I don’t even want a new one because the calendar was a gift and Christmas has now passed. It’s now the 11th January and I still don’t have a calendar or a refund. I will never use this website again!
