My order didn't turn up

Easy to order and arrange delivery option (direct to shop or home is good value, and packaging is excellent) Our latest order - my son's Christmas photos - were superb quality, as usual. I will definitely continue to use this first-class service.

Prompt delivery and good quality photos. But they lose a star because the upload/edit/save function is a pain if you have lots of photos of different sizes or styles. I wanted to upload photos in batches (e.g. 50 photos @ 4 x 6 inches with no border, then 50 photos @ 5 x 7 with a border, etc). But you can't save and add each batch to your trolley as you go along. Instead, once you've applied settings and checked photos in your first batch, these stay 'live' in the upload window. So when you upload the next batch, all the settings from your first batch get automatically applied to the second! Took me 30 mins to manually edit the settings for each photo in the second batch, then again in the third batch (Any global setting changes at this point got applied to first, second and third batches). I had180 photos and had to manually edit the settings for 120 of them :-( :-( Boots: please please please add a function to your website so users can save a batch of photos and add them to the trolley once happy with them, so they can upload new photos using different global settings. Or if this function is available, make it easier to find. I couldn't see how to do this anywhere obvious

I got the images I wanted. I did get a message saying some of the quality wasn't great but I went ahead anyway and they were brilliant.

Prints are good quality to various sizes which is what I need. Photos are easy to download and edit. You can collect from your local store or pay delivery and they are processed pretty quickly.

It takes far too long to fulfill an order. One photograph and it's been over 11 days. To still not received it. Won't be using them again. A lot quicker companies out their. Meant to be here by now, the silence is deafening.
