I ordered 4 photos before Xmas, unfortunately despite being despatched promptly they got lost in the post. I contacted customer service who were very helpful and understanding and the photos were reprinted and delivered very quickly.

Using CEWE gave me a quality end product with an accurate and speedy service. Delivery information was good, and I was kept up-to-date. My photobook arrived in good condition and in the time slot promised.

Excellent service from Boots. I ordered prints and a calendar and both arrived promptly and I was delighted with the print quality. Both items were well packaged so that the items arrived safely.

Terrible and glitchy website, with unclear voucher code selection. Machines are also useless in store, with huge queueing for 1 of 5 machines. Asking for help from staff inside the stores is a waste of time as they have no formal training nor understanding of the machines. Had these issues for years and the service never improves.

We’d had one done with a different company and when it arrived, we were so disappointed and upset. So I rushed to find another and Boots was able to provide.
