Good quality and Swift delivery.

Printed 2x 9 pictures taken with a semi-professional DSLR. Spent hours fine tuning the pictures and they look great on my Macbook Air screen. Uploaded them in 24MB+ size to retain as much detail as possible. Prints are really underwhelming - with a very distinct yellow tint and definitely softer than on screen. Really disappointing, will have to go and print them again somewhere else.

Fantastic service from Boots photo. I ordered two photo books which arrived a few days earlier than predicted. Quality was great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BOOTS On 9th December, I ordered photos from Boots and received an email saying I should go to Boots in Warrington and print them. I went several hours later. The machine in Boots could not recognise the QR code, and when I spoke to an assistant, she said the photos were printed elsewhere and I would have to come back after at least 7 days. I have just done that (on 19th December) and again spoke to the same shop assistant, who said she had no idea where my photos were. I then phoned Customer Service and was told the order had been cancelled because more than 7 days had passed since I ordered. Therefore, I have had completely different instructions from the email / shop assistant, two wasted trips into Warrington (with parking charges), and no photos, which were meant to be a Christmas present. This company is completely incompetent - do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The order was processed quickly and the quality of the paper snd binding of the photo calendar is good. My only disappointment was that the colours appeared a bit unbalanced towards pale and with a yellow tinge. Nothing dramatic but not quite right..

I just wanted some photo prints for a Christmas card. No fuss. Found the photo on my phone. Uploaded it. Followed the instructions. And the photos arrived in double quick time through the letterbox. Made 100 cards in no time flat. Fabulous service. Really good value, too.

The quality of the photobook was great and the CEWE photoshow app was very easy to learn to use. However, it would be REALLY helpful if the lead times required to produce each type of photobook was made more prominent on the Boots photo website - I had to search for this frantically while under time pressure, and eventually found it under the prices page. Sadly, the design I had originally wanted (linen cover for hardback photobook) would not be available in the time I had left (7 days) and I could not risk a late delivery as the intended recipient would be moving abroad! So, I was left with very few options, even though I gladly paid for express delivery. Please make this information (minimum lead times) much CLEARER and easier to find on your website. Thank you.

Photo product is great. The quality of the printing is really good and the advent calendar looks lovely. The only downside was the packaging. The calendar was in a huge package - way too big and allowed for the carton to be folded in half. The result was a folded advent calendar.
