Fast and efficient

First time using boots. The ordering process was good the photos are very clear the actual size of the calendar is smaller than I expected compared to what I received from the last company, probably my fault not reading the info maybe the website could make the actual size a bit more noticeable. C

Once you get familiar with the app it's fun and easy to create your product, mine was a calendar. I did spend a lot of time on it but I expect other people could do it a lot quicker.

I ordered photos through their website for collection at the Cewe instant print kiosk. It turned out the service was not instant, as they were not ready when I turned up at the store, despite have a collection code. They could not refund me in store as they said they don't manage the machines. The helpline said they are not ready until you receive a confirmation email, which can take 30-60 minutes. This ended up not being correct, as 2 hours later and there is still no email and we were charged as soon as submitting the photos. The service should not be sold as instant.

Excellent product and service

The Boots store I placed my collection from said they weren't connected to this company. Seems strange and now they have my personal details but I didn't get my order.

Slightly disappointed. Although the print was of good quality it was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. I had assumed that the print would be the size quoted and not just the overall size of the frame and mount.

It was delivered promptly and had a great picture on the front but none of my photos were printed inside. Something went wrong.

The quality of the paper and the reproduction colours

Purchased a puzzle in good time, ordered express to arrive on the 18th. Order lost Xmas present ruined Even though I had to spend 40mins trying to communicate in a chat box a new one sent out to arrive gone 7th of Jan Waste of time, no proof photo of delivery. Won’t order from Crewe again. Their terminals in store are also unreliable. Funky Pigeon to the rescue hopefully

Never delivered, says delivery attempted but wasn't and said there would be a card through the door to local collect, there wasn't. Absolute waste of my money, was a gift for my mums birthday and had to buy her another gift. Can't comment on quality as never received.

Ordering photos was fine although there was some difficulty in ordering different paper types for the same file. I wanted a print in matt and a print in gloss, but it kept switching the selection for both uploads to the same type. In the end I had to rename the original file and upload it with two different filenames. It took quite a while for the photos to be dispatched despite it being a very small quantity order. Other online services I've used have had same/next day dispatch times.

Very nice piece, the image inside was very clear. I like and i recommend👍🏻
