Although the product itself is very high quality, the site is different to navigate. I ordered two cups, both were not without issues. What should have been simple, literally adding a photo to a cup. Proved to be really difficult to do.

Just the quality of the reproduction was not as good has I had anticipated

Boots photo app. easy to use.

Ordered about 1,100 photos to clear my memory card and majority were perfectly fine, but a handful came out with strange colours and lines near the edge of the photo. Less than half a percent error rate but not 100% perfect

I ordered a canvas from Boots online and the process was really easy to go through, the ability to design the canvas, connect to my Google Photos and choose the dimensions of each image was seamless. Really happy with how it all turned out. Also the ability to save my work and order it later was a great feature.

Very poor experience using this service. I was allowed to send photos to print at a shop where there were no working printing stations. You’re then unable to us the QR code elsewhere. Customer services seemed to thing was an acceptable service and I was told that I had to contact my own bank to cancel the payment. Would not use or recommend this service Order number LH7F68

Clear, quick, good quality.

I ordered it and printed it automatically... It is the correct size and has clear printing... There was no problem with printing cause an assistant (name- Cid) showed me all the instructions for the photo machine... But I forgot to swap my Advantage card. I went to Cid again, but she was doing delivery and came to help me... She went inside and discussed with the manager whether to give me the points or not? She (Cid) is the customer-focusing assistant, and the manager needs to reward her...

I had some of my holiday photos printed at Boots and some at Max Speilman . I was really disappointed with the quality from Boots . The ones from Max Speilman were far superior and there was an assistant on hand to help if I had problems .

Would have been better if pages were gloss finish. More durable for kids.
