I was really disappointed with the quality to be honest. I ordered framed prints. The cardboard mount is bent on both, so there are little gaps that are visible, and the prints are slightly stuck to the front glass on both, making it look like there are marks on the photo (which there aren't). I almost took them back to store to try and get a refund. Won't order again.

This was my first time ordering with Boots Photo, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, as well as the fast delivery time.

I was a little hesitant at first as I have previously ordered prints through a high street photo developer and the quality left a lot to be desired but, I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall quality. I decided to go for the best paper etc and that was most definitely the right choice for me. I would order more from Boots Photo when the need arises in the future.

Wanted to create an album for a relative who doesn't have access to the Digital photos. Excellent service from Boots, was very easy to order the prints which arrived a few days later and are really good quality.
