Bought a bike from Cycle Solutions through my university's Cycle to Work scheme. Overall their service has been excellent. There were some glitches along the way but these were thankfully sorted.

Costomer service were grate, noticed I had selected the wrong size bike by mistake for my size, probably saved me a qeek or two in having to send it back and go throughball that.

Not joined up, was given a voucher which was not sent to third party provider on my behalf. I had to submit a separate order to third party provider, the bike I wanted being out of stock. Now wondering whether to cancel my Cycle to Work agreement, as I don't want to be paying for something from my salary that cannot be fulfilled. I can see me cancelling my agreement at this rate. Sort it out please!

Great good excellent

I was able to use a local bike shop and get exactly the bike I wanted. The shop were knowledgeable, friendly, and able to answer all my questions.

Customer service was fantastic and thorough. The whole process was swift and the bike delivered very soon after it was all agreed. The quality and range of bikes and accessories available is incredible

Very pleased with the service and communications provided by Cycle Solutions, their support was also prompt and helpful. Bike came perfectly setup. Would definitely recommend and use them again through the cycle to work scheme.
