Just was told after paying and arranging the delivery that the only option available are slots from 8 am to 6 pm, with no live tracking. For people that work, that's not acceptable as you need to ask for a day just to be there the whole day waiting for your parcel. The only option offered was to ask a neighbour to receive the package; a bicycle box occupies a large volume and it is difficult to move from house to house.

Fantastic customer service when there was a bit of a problem with a return - the courier was at fault. I had a named person who kept me posted by email and phone about the issues and how he was trying to resolve them. He told me what he was going to do and when and then told me when he'd done it. Well done!

The bike I originally ordered was no longer available even though it was still showing on the website. I was contacted by phone and sent other options that were similar. Once I decided on a bike I was contacted the same day to arrange the delivery. The bike was delivered in a couple of days. I was concerned about the damage to the packaging however everything was ok. I would recommend this company however I would suggest they keep their website up to date.

The bike I chose was initially too small for me so Keith spent 30 minutes on the phone helping me find a suitable alternative and also recommended the other essentials I was looking for (helmet being one). There wasn't a push on the most expensive but more the quality of the product. Appreciated 2 telephone calls from them in total and they were so pleasant to deal with!

The team verified all the bike details to ensure make i had the correct make model and size I wanted and needed. They price matched a sale deal on the internet elsewhere so I have the best deal. I was able to arrange delivery at a time that suited me and the bike arrived well protected in very big carboard box and with kit to allow me to get the bike roadworthy. I looking forward to some decent weather now.

I bought an electric bike from Cycle Solutions 15 months ago. The pedal assist has broken three times in that period. It has a an 18 month warranty so each time I have had to package up the bike and send it to the company in Swansea for repair. On one occasion they diagnosed two problems with it. There's clearly a fundamental problem with the bike's pedal assist and I am concerned that I'm going to get to the end of the 18 month warranty and be stuck with a hunk of junk as these faults will inevitably recur. I have reasonably suggested to them that I return the bike in exchange for a partial refund, but they are refusing. Although it's clear I have been sold a lemon, and although it must be costing them every time they ship the bike to Swansea and back, they would rather be stubborn than negotiate a fair outcome.
