Very good service kept me updated with my order all times. Gave me clear instructions on what to do when receiving my cycle.

The online help gave me great advice on which bike size to buy, me being on the cusp of two sizes. Ordering was easy even with cycle to work. Best of all was the bike was delivered way early, weeks early, very unexpected as I was happy with the original build date. Then a call to check that the bike had arrived resulted in some advice on how to fit the batteries to the seatpost, so a superb experience, the bike is great, just what i wanted.

bike was already built and was delivered quickly after ordering was kept in the loop all the way through the process.

Bike came on time and is great from the little riding I have done on it, however after speaking to others who also ordered bikes from CS, they had their bikes setup to their weight and height etc (ie shocks preset). Also the free gift came damaged.
