Quick, easy, efficient!

1. The process is confusing, it keeps pushing you to purchase from cycle solutions. I had to call the helpline to navigate to the right place. You could improve the customer experience by making the website easier to navigate. 2. The calculator allowed you to put in over £2500 which was very confusing. I then had to change the order afterwards which was complex and took a lot of time to do. Payment had been taken by my employer and then had to be reimbursed. It was quite a mess! I would suggest that it would be an improvement if the calculator alerted you if you had gone over the maximum spend so you were aware that you would not benefit from tax reduction on the whole package. 3. Helpline: I called and spoke someone who then called me back and left a message but not a name. Even thought there was a mobile number he didn't answer that so I had to go through the helpline but the person I then spoke to couldn't put me back through to him, and expected me to go back through the whole story again. This is very frustrating for customers and really impacts the customer experience if they need additional support. I think it would help to review your processes from a customer point of view.

Great service and quick delivery

It really is a great service . Minimal effort required and a brand new bike was delivered after sound advice about frame size . My only issue was probably nothing to do with cycle solutions. The keys to the lock were bent on arrival.

Pretty poor if you ask me, bought a bike RRP £5k, ebike mtb, tubeless ready but anything but. Rang them to understand what tubeless ready meant and they said, well it could tubeless now but most likely has a tube inside and should be easy to convert. Tried converting, spent £££ on valves, gue, more tape all because original job was poor 🤯🤯 Really disappointed ☹️

Good comms overall, but if a delay in getting the bike in stock. Bike was setup correctly before shipping, just a couple of small jobs before being ready to ride. Bike arrived a day early.

Really efficient service.

Delivery is over a week late - item still hasn’t been delivered despite 3 phone calls from myself and 2 missed delivery days which I had taken off work to make sure I was available.

Terrible. Sent the bike and it didn’t work. It had to be sent back to them to be rebuilt. They sent me a box to send the back back . 5 days later herme, evrie brought the bike back to me. It never even made it back to the company. Had to send it away again. All in all this took 4-5 weeks I think. Now 6 months later my electric bike has stopped working

every time i have dealt with cycle solutions everything has gone smoothly. there was an issue with the delivery times but this wasn't to do with cycle solutions. it was the delivery company
