Excellent rapid service!

Ordered a bike through my works cycle to work scheme, had some queries which were quickly answered through the online chat prior to ordering. Once ordered had an immediate call to check I had everything I needed and lastly a call to arrange a convenient delivery. Excellent communication and customer service. Bike arrived safely and in perfect working condition. Appreciated the complimentary tools to attach the pedals and adjust the handle bars, great for maintenance. I 100% recommend Cycle Solutions

Had a bit of trouble with the ordering of my bike, but once that was done, it was smooth experience. Good communication when my bike was ready to be delivered and only minimal assembly once it turned up. Couldn't fault the guys at cycle solutions.

Very efficient. Bikes really well packed - enormous box meant there wasn't much to assemble, and they were in good condition.

Sat in for two days. No communication. Spoke to customer service pretty much told no drivers. Okay so where was communication to tell me that my delivery was not going to happen? Not their problem apparently. Thank you order cancelled. Absolute joke with today’s communication. Would not recommend. Terrible service and terrible attitude

They have built my bike that’s according to my height. I don’t know if they got lucky at guessing how tall I am and how long my arm length is but it’s perfect fit for me. They also included Some essential tools along with the bike. Thank you so much.
