Communication was fantastic - a mix of phone calls and emails assuring me that my order was received, checking it was the right size etc, and then updating me on the delivery. I had the bike delivered in less than a week and couldn't be happier with it!

I found cycle solutions were fantastic couldn’t do enough for me. I couldn’t change from khm to mph the computer fitted didn’t allow this function. Robert and Nathan asked me to ring around local bike companies to see if they could do this,unfortunately with know success. This operation involved taking out battery and fitting lead supplied with bike and fitting onto e-bike diagnostics computer. With know success.Cycle solutions arranged to have bike picked up taken back to Swansea and delivered back to me. I can’t thank them enough, a very professional outfit I would recommend them to anyone.thanks again Barry Baker.

Speed of service is excellent, only a few days of waiting between confirming bike choice, completing the relevant cycle scheme paperwork and receiving delivery of bike. Bike setup was reasonable, QR skewers not done up tight enough and disc brake callipers not quite aligned perfectly (disc rub was audible), but with some small adjustments, the bike is great. Appreciated the multi-tool (even if it is a cheap one) and the multiple sets of pedals for pedal options, I am somewhat confused why i have a 15mm cone spanner - i'm guessing it was more of an attempt to use as a pedal spanner than to adjust the compression on the bearings of the wheels? The loss of the 5th star is from the limited selection of bikes (and relative sizes) to choose from, the lack of availability and the unfortunate requirement to have to accept my 4th/5th choice of bike due to stock and/or size availabilities and the lack of info available (on site and through their chat/phone agents) about restocks

Cycle solutions are brilliant their communication was second to none .. however I can't say the same about their delivery company TNT took them four attempts to deliver the bike and don't have a telephone number (or a human ) to talk to the local depot

Going through Cycle Solutions, the Cycle To Work scheme process was generally clear, quick and efficient. The only aspect that was unclear was the options after the salary sacrifice period (12 months). This could have been explained better and the options and appropriate costs laid out at the start.

The experience was Great and would be outstanding if I have been provided with a tracking number , I missed my delivery on a Thursday as I had no confirmation of delivery and had to stay at home all day Friday as the note FedEx push through my letter box didn't work and the automated phone line would not connect me with an advisor as I had no reference number . Also the bike would not go up to the 3rd Gear .

Bike came covered in greasy hand marks, allover the frame and seat. No notification of delivery window, turned up at home and a 3k bike left in the back garden. Apart from that, they were OK.
