Horrible customer service. I had issue with orders and had to return. I could not get a call back or an email response. I had to reverse charge on CC to get their attention. They still never refunded order that was sent back. Thankfully, my CC company backed me. Product appeared nice, but I will never order from them again. Buyer beware.

Ordered 5 gem birthstone ring in 14k white gold. The ring seems very nicely made and the fit is perfect. It is a very dainty ring so I don’t know how it will hold up with everyday wear. Made for smaller hands and/or thin fingers. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because the birthstones are very tiny. More of a chip than stone. They can barely be seen. Overall a very nice band to replace my old plain wedding band.

Delivery was safe and reliable. The ring itself is beautiful. I’m very happy with everything and my fiancé loves the ring!

My experience with the product and customer service from this company has been terrible. The bracelet that I bought broke within 34 days of wear and I was told that the damage is not covered by the lifetime warranty that they advertise despite it meeting none of the disqualifying criteria. While I am highly disappointed that the warranty was essentially a lie, I was willing to pay the repair cost until they added the $30 shipping fee. I will never purchase from this company again.

Lovely rings, acceptable shipping timeline. Please consider sustainability in your packaging, the light up box inside another box inside a bag is over the top, and unnecessary.

It was a risk to try a new company for my husbands wedding band but I’m glad I did. Eternate had the best prices and I liked the look of the rings. I was really blown away when it came so quickly and the craftsmanship looked so nice. We had a sizing issue but I could exchange for only a $40 fee (due to engraving costs) unlike other companies. The customer service was fast polite and accommodating. Definitely would use again

I recently purchased a ring from this company and had a very frustrating experience. I placed my order on January 3rd, expecting it to be shipped within the 3-5 day timeframe as advertised. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and there was no proactive communication from the company regarding the delay. I had to reach out myself to inquire about the status, only to be told that the item was being held to address a defect. After waiting an extended amount of time, I finally received the ring, only to find that it still had a defect. A stone was loose inside the ring box, which is completely unacceptable for a product of this price. At this point, I had no confidence in the company's ability to provide a quality product or service, and I decided to return the ring for a full refund. It’s clear that customer service and quality control are not priorities for this business. I would not trust them to fulfill an order again and would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking a reliable, professional company.

I have had the worst experience. My fiance proposed on new years and the ring was too big. We reluctantly sent it back on the 2nd bc new years is a holiday. It was one day outside of its exchange policy so we paid another $178 to have it resized. It wasn’t resized. They sent a new one. That is still too big. It looks nothing like the original or even the pictures given of it. They are unwilling to resize or exchange it. This company is literally just robbing people of their money and perfect engagement. It’s unfortunate and I hope everyone thinks twice. The only reason they got 2 stars is bc the original ring was pretty.
