The EUclaim electronic process was easy to understand with only the expense of international postage, signature guarantees/notary services, and 19% VAT being unexpected. Out of a EU$600 claim, I received US$452.61 less expense for postage, notary. The process is not inexpensive, but I was personally offered only US$200 credit voucher from the US airline involved. Communication through the process was clearly understood, and we had the opportunity to ask questions during the process with only a few days delay in response. Response to the claim occurred well within expectations: the airline's response seemed a bit untimely. EUclaim website shows that using a Bank as financial services provider is acceptable, but they push hard to use PayPal as the financial agent between themselves and the customer sighting that the transfer process works more smoothly. They did yield and used international wire which took 24 hrs. PayPal "is not" a free service: they disclose international service fees on top of their domestic fees, and they use their own calculated currency conversion fee.

I started a claim procedure with EUclaim Netherlands after a 30-hour, international flight delay. When I received EUclaim's confirmation and their request to submit an Authorization, I was flabbergasted. The text of this authorization was so badly composed that I have decided not to procede with EUclaim, Two examples: they mention "warrantor" - this should be "Principal", and the word "authority" should be "authorization". Many more of such inconsistencies exist, leaving me with a distinct mistrust of their judicial capabilities. Moreover, their General Conditions 2016.2 state that, over-and-above their very high commission and admin.costs, they are entitled to deduct various other costs incurred from the claim amount received from the airlines. I have in the meantime received their confirmation that my claim has been withdrawn.

They've been really patient and persistent to recover my claim. Updated regularly on the status and in the end they got the job done! Very happy. Thanks!

I and my friend started 2 claims in Jan 2016 totalling 10 passengers both 5 passengers under each PNR. It was fairly large claim for long haul flight and I thought Euclaim will take it seriously as a lot of money on stake here.. Over a year and a part from some indecisive emails form them there is no end in sight. With such large claim any high street solicitor would have taken our claim for a fraction of a cost. But our mistake, we chose Euclaim. UPDATE: I have changed my rating to 1 start after one of their customer service advisor emailed me after this review telling me half a year old status of my claim, not knowing that it has moved on to different status now. I pity on your competence Euclaim!!

The service will be perfect if EUclaim can update the status periodically. Moreover, it would be great if the sue documents got the English version, but not German only. Anyway, i do LIKE the service from EUclaim. Thank you~

We didn't have the time or inclination action to deal with the red tape, turned the whole thing over to EUclaim and they were able to get it taken care of. Their interface is a little hard to figure out at first thus why only 4 stars, and we had trouble separate claims so it was a little confusing, but once we got the hang of it we didn't have any problems. Their fees are high, but they are upfront about it so you know what to expect and we wouldn't have filed the claim on our own so we thought of the money we received as a bonus.

EUClaim handled our claim for refunds very effectively and we had the money in our accounts within 6 weeks after starting the claim. That said, I found their fee of 800 euro on a total refund of 2400 euro very expensive. Friends of ours handled the claim via the airline website, had the money in their accounts earlier than we had it, and didn't pay anything.

The airline never answered my emails or calls. EUclaim did its job perfectly fine, dealt with the airline and got my money. It took a while since the airline did not seem to wanna pay, but it all ended up well.

So glad I used EU Claim. It took just under two years for the airline to finally pay out, but EU Claim kept me updated and took away all the hassle of needing to deal with the airline myself. 10/10 would use again if the need arose

Great service, no hassle, everything taken care of. Airline was unresponsive at first and EUclaim took additional legal measures because of that. Could have never done that myself, although the speed of communication could be improved.

We entered our claim in June 2015, kept on getting automated replies about the Airline refusing to communicate with them, and they had to proceed with court action, all the contacts we knew who were on the same delayed flight, applied directly with the airline, they did not refuse to communicate with them, and they received their payment of $400 per person within a month of applying. When I found out this information some 18 months later, I phoned EUclaim and instructed them to cancel our claim with them, as they had taken too long and we were going to apply direct ourselves. To be told we would be invoiced in full as if they had won the case against the airline. They charge 27 percent of the payout per person plus $25 administration charges. It's a joke, get the impression they don't do anything but just wait till you've waited long enough then cancel the claim and they get their money for doing nothing.

Avoid this company at all costs. I have filed in my complaint back in September 2015 and the case is still unresolved. I'm getting automated responses when I ask for updates. This is an absolute joke and waste of time. I have given up on getting any compensation from them.

it took a while but glad l followed through. have never experienced such confusion over delayed flight. Condor Airlines certainly should have handled things differently.
