I recently had a fault on my boiler. The engineer came the following day from my phone call, which warranted 2 spare parts. These arrived within a week and were installed. It was a contracted out firm which I have now seen twice. Both times, the engineers were friendly and polite. Respectful of my property and the fact I had dogs. I have requested this contractor again.

We don’t have the dread of our boiler breaking down anymore because Hassle Free just come and fix it. Also, I can’t say enough how pleased I am that a real person answers the phone. Don’t change. Thank you.

Just got off the phone to Jacob who works in the customer service department. What a lovely gentlemen! dealt with my issue and answered all my questions in a professional manner.

I have a boiler cover with Hassle free boilers , recently had a problem ,contacted HFB on 02 May 2023 , sent them email again yesterday saying that I will leave a review on TP ,immediately today Jacob Pyatt sent me an email that engineer will be coming soon ,so after 7 working days no sign of an engineer. As it is a rented property no need to say that tenants were not happy and neither am I with this service . Also beware that if a boiler is installed by HFB they will put a charge on your property without telling the customer .I have emailed HFB to explain why didn't they told me ,and so far i don't have an answer.

i have since have to amend my previous review and praise Jacob in regard to the previous issues I have had regarding boiler service which has since been resolved and the other issues I have had are in the process of being resolved also with thanks to Jacob again for working hard to resolve these and has promised to keep me updated along the way thanks again

I have been a long standing customer and initially everything was good- I was contacted annually to arrange a service. However, the customer service since Covid has been shocking. I had to chase up in 2021 and months later eventually got a service. In 2022, I have had no success in getting a service as per the contract. This means the boiler hasn’t been serviced for over 2 years and this is despite receiving a reply to my email in December 2022 apologising and that the company was switching to a system to rectify the issues. I contacted the customer service team via email in April 2023 and still no reply. I now have an appointment with the citizens advice in 2 weeks time to discuss options to terminate and compensation due to breach of contract. I pay over £53 per month for a very poor service. **Edit - Jacob has since been in touch and has been very helpful. Our boiler has now been serviced and also a refund for the 2 missed services. Hopefully the issues with the systems are now sorted.** ***Additional edit*** Despite eventually getting a service completed last year, I emailed a month ago to arrange this years annual service. A month on, I am still waiting for a response. It is so hard getting a service organised, I am now going to seek legal advice for breach of contract.

It is almost a month since I contacted HFB ,as I have no hot water .The engineer visited after a week, could not repair as part needed .Report received almost a week later at HFB ,informed parts were being provided ,now part unavailable and still no date for repair and consequently no hot water .Timescale is unacceptable as hot water is a basic necessity and lack of should be considered an emergency .I have had to follow this up relentlessly and still no resolution ,lots of polite excuses .There should be timescales for reports etc so that families are not left in inhumane conditions.If prompter action was taken with a proper duty of care ,situations would be resolved quicker .I am despairing of this situation

the company hassle free boilers have been far more helpful due to the bad review I gave them as such I would like to say they did perform much better. lets hope this carries on.

Hassle free boilers are a great company when its comes customer service as they are always polite and so helpful. They help me book my service and help with any issues I have with my boiler so I highly recommend this company.

I always forget about the service but thankfully I am always sent through a reminder, even though it's not essential it still keeps peace of mind that my heating is safe, great that Hassle free make this so easy

Initial set up and fitting all good, what I needed in my financial situation at the time. On the repair/cover, more mixed. My boiler started leaking in Jan 23 after 7 years. I was disappointed to find out there is no emergency line for this cover. After three days and engineer from Vailant did come out and was really helpful. It started leaking again in March, on a weekend sp there was no way to contact HSB until the Monday. That's my negative. That said, once I got through both times the phone staff were helpful and I had an engineer from Vailant out in a couple of days. The second time it was next day as I had not heating/hot water.

My boiler broke down this morning and i have a 9 month old baby. Phoebe answered my call and she assured me she’d get a engineer out to me the next day and did!!! Cant thank you enough.
