Booked a boiler service Engineer came out was very friendly and polite. need to come back and do more work to a lady called Trudy who arranged this very promptly and efficiently would recommend this company to anybody who wants to get their boiler serviced

Great work from the engineer who came out to do our boiler service. We needed remedial work doing we got through to a lady called Trudie who booked this in for us and this was done 2 days later. Great Service.

Awful service, am going to have to refer my complaint to the ombudsman. There’s no telephone number to speak to anyone, this wouldn’t be so bad if they actually responded to emails. Basic repairs become long drawn out issues, engineers arrive without parts after having been made aware of the issue. It’s a take the money, tie you in and ignore you after game. If you can’t contact a boiler repair company that you pay a service for then what’s the point

Reported my boiler my not working. Got a call from Trudie to book in an engineer who came out from Eco Heat within 48hrs. The Engineer was very experienced and polite. Great Service

Great service. Boiler sorted. Trudie was so kind helpful all of the way through this experience. No hot water with small children is no fun. The engineer even took his shoes off and hoovered up his mess. Marvellous!

The company has gone down hill massively since Emma left and jacob took over. Before you could ring up and speak to someone now you have to email. I pay 70 a month to have my heating covered your tied in to A 12 YEAR CONTRACT. My boiler broke i had 5 days of no heating because it broke on a Saturday not in working hours and the company couldn't help. Luckily i had the engineers number and justin was amazing helped me so much and couldn't do enough for me but the company couldn't AVOID AVOID AVOID and dont tie your self in. After this review i spent yesterday in tears as a single mum getting threatening emails from jacob about missed payments and court orders ive missed 1 payment in 9 years and paid it 5 months ago. I have asked jacob for someone higher up than himself to ring me as i will not accept this abusive private emails and he wont do that so the best way is to shame him on here and lies about his dad in a coma to get out of ringing you what kind of manager is this. Do not put your trust in this bullying company!!

Total nightmare. Always had to chase up for service. Signed up to what I thought was a 7 year contract, turns out it's twelve. Frightening settlement charges if cancelled before the full term. Nightmare to contact. Takes advantage of people who struggle to afford boiler outright and not enough explanation of the contract small print well selling their services.

When Jacob Pyatt took over from Emma, all the things went smoothly and he was very accommodating and reassuring to have my boiler sorted out immediately. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on what he was doing. I'm just hoping that the emergency phone number will be fixed soon. Thank you very much for a job well done.
