Darren Alder dealt with me throughout and I couldn't say enough good things about him he was fantastic! He bent over backwards to get my instal moved forward so I didnt have to wait until the following week for heating. I'm very happy I chose these guys over the other companies. Highly recommend 5 stars.

To start with I was skeptical whether they would be any good as they were £500 cheaper than E-On for the exact same work, however, they were superb! Engineer was informative and did a brilliant job. Would (and have) recommended to family and friends.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2020I can't recommend Hassle Free Boilers highly enough. We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed in January, replacing a Baxi model that was over 10 years old. The process was easy to follow with excellent communication and required little input at this end - a few photos to send for a remote engineer review and some online document signing. We've suddenly realised how poorly our old boiler was performing now that we have a much warmer house and properly hot water on tap!

United Kingdom | 28 January 2020Very poor customer service. I have been trying to contact them for 4 days now and have got no answer. The odd times I do get through I am just cut off instantly. Emails are replied to vaguely without actually answering the question. Impossible to contact to log a complaint with I have since spoken to Tyrone in customers services who has helped me with my issues. Thankfully he was able to sort out the problem.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2020If I could leave no stars I would left 2 weeks with out heating and hot water to then have boiler delivered with missing parts therefore engineer refused to install, then passed from pillar to post from the sales team to customer services and got no where, no interest in trying to fix the solution, no apology and told to have a nice day !!!!!!!!!! Please stay away from this company - also no compensation for taking a day of work - it’s a disgrace that companies are allowed to rip hard working people off - don’t know how they sleep at night !!!! Hassle free should be done for false advertising !

United Kingdom | 02 January 2020Had boiler fitted about 5 years ago and ended up tied into long term contract having to pay for yearly service. First couple of years they contacted me to arrange service. This all stopped and now you have to contact them an they have now pushed back service from May to January and they are much busier in winter. Today engineer turned up to service and decided not to park on drive with lots of room and parked all over my lawn in his big van causing damage showing no respect for property before he even walked in the door. Don’t bother with this company far to much hassle just after long term cash with reduced service.

Their contractors Warmserve are appalling and destroyed the new boiler by their incompetence. We had to pay out nearly £500 to another company fix the boiler properly. They sent a gas engineer to fix an oil boiler, and the final engineer had to phone his colleague to talk him through his botched up repair job. The worst company I ever dealt with.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2019I had a brand new boiler installed on the 8th of November by one of your contractors. He turned up on time and istalled the new boiler. He was very polite, hardworking and took great care not to damage anything. When he left the boiler was working and I was thinking I had made a great choice. Saturday lunch time that changed very quicky. The new boiler stopped working, no one was available to come out and have a look at it during the weekend. No one was willing to help. It pretty much went downhill from that point. I spoke to a young woman on the phone on Saturday and while asking her questions, she either could not answer or just did not care, she hung up on me. Did not answer any of my calls that day. Disgraceful. I did receive a call on Monday and explained what had happened. They said they would look into it and get back to me. To cut along story short, no one ever called me back. I did all the chasing. I did have an engineer call round on Wednesday, after chasing again on Tuesday, who bascially told me that the new boiler was not installed to the manufactures specs and that is why it has flooded. From Wednesday I was told I would receive a call back once his report was submitted, it was submitted by 11am on Wednesday, but again no call regarding an update. I heard nothing and ended up chasing people again. No one cared that I did not have a boiler working from Saturday till Wednesday. The only reson it was fixed on Wednesday was due to the fact the guy who installed it came round in the evening and cleaned out the pipes. This I belive should have been done in the first instance. To top it off my thermostat did not work, it has been replaced by someone, but I'm unhappy with it as it makes a loud clicking noise day and night. Again totally unacceptable. I am amazed that with all the issues I've had, still no one has made a final call to see that all is ok and to do a customer follow up. I also had to buy an electric heater as I did not know how long I would be without heat and also had to cancel two meetings at short notice so your engineer could visit. Your customer service was appaling and I find the way I was dealt with totally unacceptable. This email was sent on 25th Novemeber and I was never called back. I again had to follow uo. I was promised a call Friday 20th Dec. Surprise, no call again. Email Sat morning 21st Dec saying they were too busy to call me. Very Very poor company to deal with and no care for customer issues or complaints. I personally would avoid this company at all costs. Very sorry I went with them and still waiting a resolution.

A few simple pics of existing boiler location was all that was required from me. Boiler fitting went without a hitch by a very conscientious engineer. Excellent service throughout and I would thoroughly recommend as I doubt that they can even be beaten on price! LCS

United Kingdom | 20 December 2019A company that lives up to its name. From start to finish the whole process of purchasing and installing my Viessmann boiler was trouble free. Darren and Chris, the two sales advisers, were very knowledgeable, were not pushy in trying to sell me any extras, and gave some really sound advice. Purchasing and interest free credit set up was smooth and painless. Done in less than an hour. The boiler arrived on the day of fitting 10 minutes before the installer turned up. Steve the installer was courteous, very professional (he worked solidly from 8.45am-7pm) and left the house spotless. I can't recommend this company and their installers enough. 5 stars all round.

United Kingdom | 14 December 2019I got my boiler installed on the 2nd of January 2018. Before I had it installed I had my appointment booked by someone on the phone. and I had a man that came round and checked on where the boiler should go and discussed the plan with me further. I was made to understand that the contract was 3 year for the boiler only and if I wish to continue with servicing then it would be 12 years. I explained to the surveyor who came around that I was only interested in it for 3 years and wont be extending it for 12 years . Initial agreement was £47 for the 1st year and this year it did increase to £49.99 , 3% increment every year. This afternoon I informed that my direct debit would be increasing in January which would be £50.99. Carolyn told me It is a 12 years contract,I told her I do not wish to extend as i only wanted to pay for the boiler and not the for the extended service . She told me that I did sign a contract for 12 years , which I felt that was not what I discussed with the surveyor. The form was signed on the awareness that I'm only paying for the boiler. She was insisting no one would have come to my house to sell it to me. (As if she was sitting with me on the table with him), this is how they lie or try to make you feel stupid . The contract discussed in length with the surveyor more than what I discuss over the phone . The phone conversation was only for the appointment and to finalise things, telling me they could listen back to the recording is only to further protect the lies .I would be reporting to the financial ombusman.it was mis-sold to me the signature was for 3 years as I do not wish to extend to 12 years. Even since the boiler was installed no servicing was done. Appointment is booked for the 17th of this month by me let see if they would turn up. Please if anyone felt they've been mis-sold with a rogue contract please dont let they get away cause they prey on our vulnerability .when you're desperate for a boiler on a poor credit rating.How on earth can I pay 12 years for a boiler. At this rate of 3% increase every year I would be paying £80 on year 12 . I'm already in an IVA. I'm not letting this go. I wish I would have looked at all the previous reviews. Update: 17/10/2019 : waited for boiler maintenance today only to receive a call with excuses now rebooked for the 14/01/2020 .but no excuses for the direct debit. I would not leave this alone as it added up to my evidences. Update28/10/2020: how rude from a company telling to keep them coming.
