United Kingdom | 11 December 2019Couldn’t fault the actual boiler installation or how it is running. Definitely warmer. However we needed to have a soak put in and were told that someone would be in touch to sort it out. Company aware there was no convenient drain when they agreed to fit. 12 weeks later and several phones made by us, no soak and our drive is just getting damaged. Apparently they posted the job on Trust a Trader! I am assured after my last call last week the sales manager has been checking the progress of this daily. In the meantime my drive is just sodden. If you don’t have the tradesmen to complete the job why take the job on in the first place?? Not sure where to go from here. Trading standards?? I don’t know. Only posting on here because have given up with customer services and getting absolutely nowhere.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2019Again today I find my self sitting at home waiting for someone to come and see why my bolier is make noise. Installed may 2019 less then 6 month. I have cleared out the room so the engineer could easy sort out the problem. However I’ve been informed he can’t make it In may my left my house almost Destroyed. Wall was damaged by water and the bath had to replace I would love to say they put the furniture back but no the bed was on it side with the slates falling off

Everythings taken care of with my direct debit so i dont need to worry! My house has never been so warm :) Installers were quick, tidied up after themselves and kept me informed throughout Very happy customer :)

Customer Service team very effeciant when finding an installation date and the installer was clean, tidy, polite and made sure I understood everything before he left! Would highly recommend

United Kingdom | 28 November 2019The worse company ever. Very quick to take your money, but the worse service I've dealt with. The installers were poor as damaged wiring, which had to be replaced afterwards. Bolers been in for 3 years only 1 service. Called to have rad valve replaced. Engineer did not turn up, but called and stated i needed a new timer, wireless room stat as well as the rad valve and service 3hrs work. I arranged for an appointment 2 weeks later and he did not attend. Made 3 other appointments and still NO engineer. I've asked to speak with a manager and NO reply. I've now had to get an engineer to replace the rad valve myself and bet they wont reimburse money. If I could leave a zero rating I would. Stay well clear

I’m over the moon with my new boiler - no more worrying about breakdowns and obsolete parts . A massive Thankyou also to the fitters for getting on with the job with minimal mess! United Kingdom | 27 November 2019I would advise anyone against these people, their prices are cheap and their work is shoddy, it’s taken them 3 months to install my boiler and the still haven’t got it right. I’m suspecting this is a sham organisation.

United Kingdom | 23 November 2019We are paying over £37 a month for non-service. The contract includes an annual boiler service but it is eighteen months since the last one and so the company has failed to honour its commitments. On realising the service was long overdue, we arranged for the engineer to call round. So far they have cancelled three times and on a fourth occasion didn't turn up at all and didn't contact us with an explanation. We had to call them. This is such a casual attitude on their part. We have opened up a case with Citizens Advice who assure us that under common law, the situation as described is regarded as a 'major breach of contract'. We will be pursuing this with Hassle Free Boilers (a most inappropriate name if ever there was one) and pursuing legal redress if necessary. If they are reneging on the contract they have with you, contact your local Citizens Advice. Update 3 December 2019: I was asked by Marian to contact her by email. I did this on Weds 27 November. No response. I resent the email, but still no reply. If a response is not received by Friday 6 December, I will be escalating the case with Citizens Advice.

They are quick to take your money and put up your direct debit fee but not so quick at delivering their side. 3 times now a service has been booked, I have taken un paid time off work and no one has turned up, each time I have rung I have been given "human error" and engineer has gone on holiday. Totally unsatisfactory. go somewhere else as once they get your money they dont care.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2019Boiler was installed incorrectly, had two scheduled call out cancelled (When the weather was warm), finally had a visit to look at boiler 15/11/19 who stated it was unsafe and had to disconnect it. Called Friday evening, told to expect a call from "Escalations team", no call on Saturday. Phoned up, told "escalations" doesn't exist, no team leader in at the weekend to change anything. Let down four times and no willingness on HFB to try to sort their mistakes at a priority.
